This is my vlog, we will be documenting the different things we go and do along the way. The common theme will be our corgi who goes along with us! We have a Corgi, a Jeep with 40" tires, a 21" travel trailer, I'm a computer programmer, I use cannon eos m50 to film (and enjoy/learning to film). We enjoy reviewing and documenting things life presents us with. We are part-time RV, and working towards retirement and becoming full time RV/retired (many years out). Currently this is a hobby of mine, but I would hope this becomes something bigger by the time we retire. Trying to be honest, and helpful.

The tires should be about $300 each (about half the price of other brand 40s)

With this combo of wheels/tires you do not need wheel spacers, however you do loose a little bit steering obviously.

I would not put a badge on my Jeep that I didn’t complete the trail. Nor would I check into one of if I wasn’t doing it.

I got tired of people taking them off my jeep so now I keep mine on the dashboard other wise If I had a hardtop I would keep it there
Oh man you need the vin I wanted to apply for these on my Subaru
I don't know about you, but my local Walmart has at least a dozen free vins sitting in the parking lot at any time.

Go to Autotrader and find a vin# on a jeep for sale then BOOM, badges!!
Thats pretty 🗑 for someone to do..... thats someone's jeep, and could take away their ability to get them in the future.
I want those badge but i live in norway so its imposible to get those it would have been cool to have them on my jeep not many in my country would have those
Do you have to pay for them? Or shipping and handling?
I submitted my first one last weekend for our local trails at Turkey Bay OHV and it didn’t ask any payment info
Did they take the 8 weeks the app said it'll take?
When in did them they took waaaay longer. But we did petermill recently and it was fast
Do you have to complete it or just be close enough to check in?

They are 100% Free!
Drive "near" a badge of honor trail, open your phone "jeep badge of honor" put in a vin number to a jeep (preferably yours) and your address, and in a few weeks you will get a yellow envelope with your FREE badge and a letter congratulating you from Jeep. Its an honor system I would recommend you at least try to do part of the trail but there is no way for them to know that you just checked in with your phone. No credit cards, No nothing, just VIN & Address. (they want a VIN to insure you have a jeep)

@@corgily Cool. Eventually I'll get up there to Colorado and do Black Bear Pass, Imogene, and Ophir. Gotta do some upgrades first. Although I think my Jeep would do alright as is. I'm mostly stock in my 2017 Sahara JKU except for my 3.5 lift, 35" tires, and Shocks.
This is such a marketing gimmick. Only “badge” I need is the four letters on the hood. You know, the ones that helped win the 2nd world war.
