- HasanAbi reacts to a Pro-Palestine congress in Berlin that aimed to criticize Israel's actions in Gaza. The congress was disrupted and ultimately shut down by police. Prominent speakers were expected, but the event faced media condemnation and accusations of anti-Semitism. Police restricted access to the venue, arrested participants, and forcibly ended the congress, citing reasons such as "fire safety regulations" and concerns over Holocaust denial. The police actions were supported by political figures at both local and federal levels, reflecting a broader trend towards authoritarianism and militarism in Germany. The crackdown is seen as an attempt to suppress dissent against the government's support for Israel and its militaristic policies.

I live in Germany, NOT surprised about this. The German political and media class had always double standards towards its Muslim citizens and refugees from Muslim majority countries. (E.g. they allow Ukrainian refugees to attend University courses WITHOUT any proof of education, they also got an easier process for continuing the jobs they practiced back home while most Syrian and Iraqi doctors, entrepeneurs etc. have to work as Taxi drivers, bouncers, barbers etc.) They also ALWAYS downplayed the occupation of Palestine, even when they had a veneer of criticism.
Germans get a whole education about what they did wrong in WW2. Every Nazi memorabilia is forbidden too. You can't wave a swastika around. People will kick your ass in Germany. They will always pick the Jewish side now, no matter what.
True! There is this weird and racist idea that people who come from predominately Muslim countries are less educated, which is why there is a higher bar for them to cross. Just the other day I've read an article about a refugee from Syria who used to be a medical doctor, but nowadays he delivers food. Because if he wanted to work as doctor again in Germany, he basically would've to study medicine all over again, despite having almost 20 years of experience in the field.
"However, according to sociologist Thränhardt, most of the Ukrainian refugees have poorly paid jobs".. so your throwing one refugee group under the bus, btw.. no refugees from other parts of Eastern Europe get that, so that's just Germany giving benefits in order to justify the proxy war they're helping in Ukraine

They have also barred Yanis Varoufakis from entering Germany I think.
Yeah they have. I would wear that ban as a badge of honor.
More specifically, he was denied entry into the country because he was supposed to speak at the so-called Palestine Conference in Berlin, a pro-Palestinian and anti-war event. The event got cancelled by the government because it was considered antisemitic (which is not true).
@@God_Is_An_Atheist Palestinians are the only actual semitic peoples compared to white European converts
no, he did not try to enter Germany. He sent a video that was supposed to get played at the Congress. What happened to him is called a "Betätigungsverbot", which means he is prohibited to engage in political activities (such as: speak publically, even on video) at political events in Germany. That is something which german law basically allows to do to foreigners (and which is widely used for non-citizen migrants from a wide array of political backgrounds, from kurdish to salafist to just secular pro palestine). However since Varoufakis is a EU citizen and part of a political party which is also registered in Germany (and can be voted for in the European elections) it's very likely that a court will kill this order to Varoufakis once he sues.
Not only that, he's banned from even participating in video calls hosted in Germany. Even a recorded video with him giving his speech is banned.
Germany has totally lost the plot. They've clearly learnt nothing at all from their tragic past, concepts of racial hierarchy still wholly intact (not only in Germany, but to a lesser extent in my own Scandinavia as well).

here is what actually happened: the conference was allowed to take place but JUST ONE of the speakers was banned from entry and speaking (he previously said he would have taken part in the October 8th attack on Israel if he was younger) which amounts to inciting violence, the conference chose to add that speaker on livestream and to let him speak anyway, the police enforced the order and shut down the conference...that jewish guy was AT said conference and refused to leave..he was thus arrested - that's pretty normal shit

It's crazy that the minister of the interior and the mayor of Berlin described this as an Islamist event, especially since the attendees of the conference did not seem to have a problem with a guy openly expressing his jewish belief (since he wore a yamaka). Had they been actual Islamists, he would be subjected to violence. But look which institution subjected him to violence: the German state. Germany’s “redemption” was so full of shit! They absolutely abhor the Holocaust, but by putting it on such a pedestal nothing else ever gets treated seriously as a genocide.
Same with how Japan still hasn’t truly apologized for its colonization war crimes past
I think (coming from a german perspective) another thing is that we essentially just took the wrong lesson (or at least not all of the right ones) from the holocaust. It's not that the holocaust was bad because we killed millions of jewish people (which, dont get me wrong, DEFINETELY bad), it was bad because it was a GENOCIDE. But since then the establishment of israel has essentially been seen/presented as our way of giving reparations to the jewish people (thats essentially how we learned about it in school and according to my parents it wa the same for them) making it almost impossible to argue against without immediately looking like a horrible person/antisemitic.
@@Dave102693 No that's entirely different. But obviously those things aren't controversial, so nobody talks about them. So in the end the only portests which get mass media coverage are the ones which got forbidden or interupted by police, which creates the false impression that every protest is treated like that, when it's in fact only a minority, and usually with a good reason.

And this is under a leftwing government, not even Le Pen.
Italy is definitely the most racist of all of Europe, no doubt at all. Always have been. Germany is definitely one of the least racist actually. They just don't want antisemitism of any kind, because of their history. They would pick Jewish people over god itself nowadays. You can guess why.
as a german its so disgusting to watch this daily. imagine the most unkritical positions on israel being normal
I went to a appointment with the Jugendamt 2 moths ago and the building literally had an Israel flag raised and it fucking boiled my blood. I cant hang up a palestinian flag because its anti semitic but they can raise a flag of a genocidal state....
saving palestinian lives as a doctor might as well be considered antisemitism in germany at this point.
It probably is honestly. You can say something mildly positive about Palestine and all of a sudden you're hitler himself
German here 🤚🏽, thanks für covering this!
Hasan screaming in german might be one of the funniest things objectively hands down
I love that one chatter just posting a FULL GERMAN interview with 0 subtitles expecting Americans to understand it!
I can speak some deutsch after having it in school in Norway, but why would you EVER thing anyone could speak it? 😂😂
Der Bruder war komplett lost
He must've been pretty deep into the bottle.
for all german speaking people, i highly recommend reading 'ohne die mauer hätte es krieg gegeben' by heinz kessler and fritz streletz. sadly there are no translations into other languages, but it is highly informative about the cold war and the gdr, also helps understanding why germany is the way it is currently. an insider perspective that our schoolbooks dont care to share...
I am German and very politically Intersted and can second his Explanation. We are wicketly anti Arab since Seb. 11.
Every time you read any Article about the current Conflict someone makes a Comment implying Arabs where by default Antisemetic, and how there a mayor Contributor for the rise in Antisemitism.
Meanwhile my Deathbeat Father wants to wear a Star of David because hes not Vaccinated, and thinks everyone is after him now -.-
And even our more leftist Media are willing to post some of the badshit insanest Takes you have ever heard. Like showing "Red Hands" in a Antisemetic Symbol based on a Lynch Murder. Not, you know, a accusation of someone commiting Bloodshet.
Germans could literally say “I love my Jewish friend very much. He is such an amazing person and I very much respect Jewish culture and the role Jews play in enriching our German identity” and it would still sound like a speech by Goebbels to anyone that doesn’t speak German. Kinda reminds me of the premise behind that song by Tool (Die Eier Von Satan).
Gotta push the narrative that German = Bad I guess. This entire video is basically that.
Using a hawaiian word as a slur for middle eastern folks is so random. Thank god, it got reclaimed
19:27 they said this insane shit to Yanis as well. Nice Germany is a thing of the past. Nasty Germany is back :(
we might even be having natsy germany back at this rate, eh?
The German governments profound love for that one f word.
actually that would be the n word, the worse n word.
German is the best example of a language that has to be yelled
no :(
German is the best example of a language that sounds good both if yelled and if spoken softly
The Germans move from nutzees to neo-zionist 😂
I didn’t know Hasan refuses to speak German, but I can completely understand why. My German professors in undergrad had so many horror stories about racism in Germany and even reading excerpts from German textbooks the level of racism against Jewish and Turkish people was insane. Armin Wagner would be so proud, Deutschland 🙄🙄🙄
Germany is so rac!st it’s so disturbing 😭 I go once a year and I’m traumatized
@@eypu999 Imagine living here. At least they legalized recreational weed recently, so that makes it slightly more tolerable.

Germany in the wrong side of history... 2 times in less than 100 years
Germany has lost the respect of the world.
German language is still top tier Hasan speaks it so well 😂
No he doesn’t lmao. What he yelled was not even close to German half of the time.
You saying Ghassan Abu Sitt1 in 00:03 sounds just like Brazilian Portuguese for A BUC3TA, and it seems my mind is not as mature as I thought #mentioned
14:40 lmaoo
24:18 its insane how good hasans german reading is honestly
12:01 - Why Germany defends israel so hard
Because he streams everyday, it's not often streams feel important, this feels very important, we've been in important times since Oct 8th.
Once Nazis always Nazis.
Thats very disturbing to say.
"Palestine" i mean, arab palestine was very connected to nazism. Search for mufti for jerusalem and so on.

Imagine the clips of Hasan speaking German
Look at who was given control of Germany immediately after World War 2 and tell me how ‘surprising’ this really is.
Hasan should move his right arm up and down when speaking german, just for more historical accuracy.😅
I live in germany and i fucking hate it here dawg
I live in Germany and I love it, and I am able to,appreciate what we have here. A country in which I can freely live my life, where my freedoms of expressions and religion are guaranteed and protected, and where I don’t have to worry about being abused by the state.
But if you don’t like that and would rather live under a fascist dictatorship or something you can of course leave.
This is nuts dude
Jung und Naiv mentioned ✨✨
Germany is like Europe's version of "The South".
What about the East?
Der Komissar’s in town - oh woah woaaaah.
God, am i happy to not live there anymore 😌
This interview without translation is amazing. At first you will hate this women...she is talking about the german position in the Palestinian/Israel conflict. The official position and the things Germany do, to put the Palestinians in a place to do nothing about there situation. Its an old interview. You will clearly see se evil inside the germans.
But the women is great, its not her opinion.
She talks about the requirements of the German government. It doesn't matter which government in the last 50 years, it's always been the same attitude.
We are pushing the Palestinians into a position in which they cannot defend themselves against Israel in any way, militarily or legally. That's why Germany is actively preventing Palestine from being recognized in any form, just to deprive them of the right to officially complain.
Hasan's German voice is a little scary ngl. 😱
I thought Germany was supposed to be modern and cosmopolitan. Howcome it still looks like the blondes are in charge?
Entnazifizierung has failed
@@NationalistsRuinAmerica intentionally failed
huh? Germany just has a lot of blondes. Btw, Germany has lots of non-ethnic German politicians and leaders.
I wish our government would,ve just stayed neutral on the palestine israel conflict. Is there even a single country u could be proud of, if you,re look at their history and the mistakes they,re still making it sickends me seeing people being extreme nationalistic.
germany why do this?
bro wtf you read it perfectly!!! 😂😂😂
atleast they are making their forefathers proud
