Prop 306 - Clean Elections

The Citizens Clean Elections Commission is square in the cross hairs of Prop 306. Should they have independent control over their rules? Should campaigning politicians be allowed to give public funds to political parties?

Thank you for the non-partisan video. I'm a Republican voting no on 306. No single party should control 6 of 7 appointments to an* election commission. I trust Trumpublicans but they won't be around forever.
