Question, if I have a schema in 3NF, Do you guys recommend enabling RLS on all the tables or only primary parent ones. And does having complex policies have performance implications

I have been searching for complex examples like getting a condition from for example teams user_teams users… I tried many SQL samples and I either get errors such as the SQL is not being recognized or I get to see “forbidden” data.
