unfortunately i have tried this case twice to not have any leds or the cooler work....customer service was a bust too...good thing i ordered from amazon...returned and similar case bought and worked

The p4 is 3 times as expensive now due to shortage, a pi4 cost 250 USD ... not worh it
pi4 8gb cost less than 80$ i have 2 pi4 one is table computer whit SSD and second have test board make test codes and other automation projects,

Did you try it with wireless peripherals and ssd connected at the same time...? I have a Microsoft keyboard connected to it and it seems that the voltage is not enough for the keyboard to work properly. Please help
You need a higher power source. Try to buy a 10Amp power supply or a 10Am adapter
