For people who haven't been to Disney a lot, the magic and amazement is definitely still there. Most people still only see this sort of stuff in movies, so to have it in front of their eyes is shocking to them.

And they will be 1000 ghosts of them!!!👻 and just in time for this Halloween!!! And they will transform into "Haunted Mansion Holiday" at Disneyland Park in California, because Halloween and Christmas will join together!!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN, DISNEYLAND AND A HAPPY SCARIVERSARY, HAUNTED MANSION!!👻

I barely missed HMH when I was there last so I sadly didn’t get to ride at all since it was its January closing to overlay it back to regular Haunted Mansion 😭
I love the Haunted Mansion, and I want to visit Disney so that I can enjoy The Haunted Mansion in full and I would love to take home every Haunted Mansion merchandise cause I would deck out my room in Haunted Mansion gear and not change anything around until I get my new desk and such

Also, some of you may have noticed my creepy looking RUclips avatar, it is a photo I took of my glow-in-the-dark Haunted Mansion lanyard medallion from one of my trips to Walt Disney World. Look closely and you can make out the cemetery scene: The entrance walls form the eyes, the silhouette of the Hat Box Ghost forms the nose and the headstones form the teeth.
Did you know there's a spider in the ballroom? It's because somebody used a BB gun or something and shot the glass that the ghosts are projected through. Since the glass is one giant piece that stretches the entire length of the ballroom, it would be hard to replace it since they'd have to take the roof off to do so. Instead they put the spider over the spider web like fracture to obscure it. Last time I rode Haunted Mansion (during Nightmare Before Christmas), I actually found the spider.

I rode it when I was 7 years old in 1977. It was astonishing. Even today the ride holds up extremely well.

Just be careful when you go in September...it's shut down for about two weeks for its Nightmare Before Christmas overlay for the fall and holidays.
