I've always said to play in the NFL you have to be the 0.1% everyone is pretty talented. It's how do you extract the absolute max from those players and Jim has done it. Brandon Staley didn't have the respect of the locker room, Jim does, simple as that.

Agreed. Having been listening since then but with the technology we have today it’s annoying and shocking how they don’t have better mics or some audio to enhance the quality for sure
