If people start blaming DEI for everything then the things that DEI actually corrupted won't get the scrutiny that they deserve

You clearly know trump 1.0 did not have the people he wanted. Trump 1.0 was taking advice from people like Mitch and Lindsey and Paul Ryan! Trump 2.0 is the real deal. Buckle up people. Next four years gonna be awesome bc we will have everyone we want in key roles.

If the application criteria for these jobs do not require a name, gender, race or religious identification, and only a PIN then the application is purely based on merit.

They don't discuss the evidence in the court case. With that said, what you said would be true if the decision to hire is made before actually meeting the candidates. Assuming there is no ethnicity questions on the test, the question is, "are those in a position to make hiring decisions encouraged to prefer candidates of a particular race, either formally or informally?" After scoring the tests, a candidate is better than, equal to, or worse than another candidate. The ideal DEI scenario as it is commonly portrayed only should apply in the case where the candidates are equal. That is, we take the best candidate unless neither candidate is better, in which case, we hire the minority. Can we say for certain that this is consistently practiced in all organizations that.implement DEI? If not, then it is discrimination.

There is a Interview process where you have to meet the candidate but in all honesty If you honestly pass up on the better candidate because of their race that's your loss I'm sure somebody else will gladly take Michael Jordan or on the flip side Caitlyn Clark.

How can anyone say that America or the workforce isn't diverse enough? It most certainly is. Unless of course you believe that every single workplace has to have the exact same percentages as the population of the country. Which is something that could never happen unless it was forced to happen.

i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.

Why tf do they deserve a 30 day notice before termination. All us Americans in the private sector don’t get that benefit and neither should the government employees we pay for

I don’t think it’s about the specific individuals jobs. I think it’s meant to be a protective mechanism to make sure there is valid cause to remove someone in case they are removing them for unethical reasons when they are meant to be a safeguard to the taxpayer.

one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

i always felt like i was stuck in the same cycle-watching other people manifest their dream lives while i kept getting the short end of the stick. no matter how much i tried, nothing seemed to work. then i picked up Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something clicked. it made me realize i had been doing everything backwards. after a few weeks of applying what’s inside, things started changing fast. my confidence, my money, even the people around me. it’s honestly crazy.

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.

i thought manifestation was just about thinking positive and hoping for the best. but after reading Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, i realized i was missing the most important part-the energy i was actually putting out. the book explains exactly why some people seem to attract everything effortlessly while others struggle no matter how hard they try. once i adjusted my own frequency, things just started falling into place.

i used to think success was all about grinding harder, pushing through, and hoping things would change. but no matter what i did, i kept running into the same roadblocks. then i saw a few people talking about Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, so i gave it a shot. i wasn’t expecting much, but the way it explains energy and alignment completely flipped my perspective. it wasn’t about working harder, it was about shifting my energy first. everything started flowing after that.
