Corned Beef Pastrami on the Pit Boss Lexington 500 Onyx!

Welcome back to The Food Experience! This is a video I filmed back on St. Patricks Day. I got a little behind in my editing so I bring it to you now. Turned a store bought corned beef brisket flat into pastrami. I learned a lot during this cook and look forward to making this again at a future time.
