Just a small suggestion, when you are making any such video, do the study bit more. Initially when the project got approved, it was from Joka to BBD Bag, later it was proposed to be terminated at Esplanade. Secondly, pls study construction related keywords as that will help you to better explain, for eg: pilling, pilling rig, pile cut, pile capping, pier, pier caps, box girder, I girder, composite girder, deck slab etc etc. thanks
Yes, these markets are just eyesore to even look at and presents a bad picture of the city. Even the Esplanade bus stands are so dirty and smelly, it needs severe remodelling.

Why TBM is not being used. A lot of trees + a lake is there as well
