Manor, Texas? I work in Manor and the place is a dump. Been in the Austin area since 74 and rule of thumb is to buy west of IH 35. Never buy on the east side of the interstate. Avoid Pflugerville, Manor, Kyle, Buda and most of Round Rock. Even avoid Georgetown unless you move west towards Leander.
