Now I got my crew of two magpies (Pie and Maggie), two crows (Poe and Lenore), a wood pigeon (Penguin), and a squirrel (Squid). I just need to train them and then I have my army to help me take over the world! 😂
I was fly fishing with a buddy in an inflatable pontoon boat on the Youghiogheny river in SW Pennsylvania, had a trout on the line when suddenly an Eagle flew up from behind us and hit me in the head from behind, knocking me out of the boat and into the river....Then that damn bird stole the fish I was in the process of catching. That Eagle recognized us for years afterwards and I swear it would sit on a branch next to the river and laugh at us as we floated by.
He asked have you ever been chased by a chicken, and I have, on purpose. We used to ditch school back in 7th grade, and this empty house had chickens, and roosters running around in the yard. I guess they were there to protect the house as they would chase us around the yard, and it was a lot of fun. I mean, what pain can a chicken cause, it's was a blast!
We call our wild geese (Canada geese) "cobra chickens". They're aggressive all the time but of course worst in the spring. I was working at our sports arena and there was one goose out in the parking lot (no idea where the nest was) and he wouldn't let people out of their cars. He would deliberately go to the driver's side and chest thump. Dented doors, security had to go out with shovels and slide them between the door and the goose, push the goose back so people could get out. I didn't work closing shift, I have NO idea how that went. At least opening time, everyone got there at a different time. Closing, everyone left at the same time!
All these people are so afraid of birds, the most they can do is poke you or pinch you if they bite you. It may hurt a little bit, but it's not worth getting hysterical over. If you grab one by the neck, it can't do anything. Florida man was killed by his pet bird but it was a five foot tall giant bird.
When I was a kid just building bmx jumps there was a golden eagle we called el diablo for good reason , if you got got within 20’ of it’s tree you better be careful
