Please consider that the images shown in this video were of pre-production versions of the TV, you can upgrade the screen of the Harmony as you mentioned.
Considering B&O hasn't made their own screens in a few decades, no one should be surprised. The old Avants had Philips tubes, the BeoVision 4, 5 & 9 had Panasonic commercial plasma panels, the BV 10 & 11 had Samsung screens, & so on & so on. I use to tell clients that supercar manufacturers don't build everything for their cars either. Turbochargers, fuel injection systems, brake systems, seats, tires & so on & so on. It doesn't mean they're any less of car bearing their brand name. It just means that all those components are built to their exacting specs. Same with B&o. In fact the CD mechasims were all made by Philips....to B&o specs. The speaker drivers aren't made by B&o, but made to their specs. Why should an LCD panel be any different?
It's not made to their specs though, it's a generic panel you get in any shop. This and the eclipse for that matter have been a departure from the norm/past.
Rumour has it that LG have added special firmware to the C9 panels to make them "B&O compatible", so although you can buy a C9 panel in any shop, it comes pre-loaded ready to drop into a B&O system......
Thanks! The smaller screens are already in stores this week, with the 88" version to follow within a few weeks. I don't have a firm release date for this yet, but I will try to find out. I hope to have an updated review video online in the next couple of weeks.

Great video Steve!! (Hey, it features me - It's bound to be good!!)
Thanks Llewelyn! If you are up for making another video at any point, please let me know!
I find that line at the bottom very distracting, although is it true you can upgrade the screen unlike the eclipse ?
