Lovely conditions some lovely mackerel great when the birds are working like that. Never happens when I’m out haha
Getting the bait the birds and the fish feeding all at the same time within range not the easiest thing. But being there as well almost impossible 😂 😂

Do the mackerel show up on your sonar where they can be targeted for your rod fishing?
They only usually show when the boat has stopped and we are drifting. When motoring I only see the bottom

what do you want the ell for didnt think people eat them ?
Most of the time we put them back but on this occasion we are short on bait and it looks like windy weather is coming. Eel will last a long time in the pots

Hi troj just wondering can that exact pot hauler be hooked straight up onto a battery with crocodile clips ?
You should be able to as long as its a decent set of clips. You would need to cut the plug off. I would check with the hauler agents first.
