New Pelletstown Railway Station Under Construction. 29/3/2021

Here is some footage of the progress on the new railway station being constructed that sits between Ashtown & Broombrige. The station is due to be opened within the next 5 months.
It has a footbridge with a long ramp on each platform instead of lifts so step free access is still possible at this station.
The station is proposed to be Pelletstown but this could change as the final name hasn’t been decided yet.
This was filmed adhering to current COVID-19 guidelines.
