Fun fact! So in impostor v1 they just added normal characters from the game and the cutscene is short, plus gf is dead already. But in v2 they updated the sprites and the cutscene of polus stayed the same. Then v3 came out, sprite updates, cutscene updates, and vocal updates. AND THEN THE FINAL ONE AND ONLY V4! SPRITE UPDATES, VOCAL UPDATES, CUTSCENE UPDATES, AND DEAD GF’S GHOST SPRITE! AND THE BACKGROUND!!! Then the altered type came out, blue crewmate meets BF, blue crewmate died, white meets again, we see black coms out of the vent during the song, and the horse April fools update vs tan
Parasite/ monster form is like a second chance for imposter looking at the surroundings a mutating into what would suit best BUT it’s only for imposters that have killed a lot of crewmates and have gone up a lot of rankings as red nor pink nor white have one because red is new, pink is friendly, and white kinda relies on black while maroon parasite form is more lava because of the lava around maroon going parasite form to make itself immune to the lava BUT the parasite form once activated seems to be a permanent second form until they rank up like black
