Oh My Rama! What a masterpiece this is! A composition in Sanskrit, summarising the history of the Ayodhya Ram Temple and saluting the greatness of Rama at the same time! And all this in lyrics that would have gladdened the heart of the great Mutthuswami Dikshitar, who would have especially loved the play of words at 3'30"! This is in keeping with the purest of pure traditions of avoiding Nara Stuthi (praising humans) in a song about a God, and yet, driving home the role played by the Prime Minister! Another stroke of genius is seen in the tribute paid to two great people: the line parāśarātmajāśritam -mahāmatyādi vanditam conveys our eternal gratitude to advocate Parasaran Iyengar (who defended the Hindu parties in the Ayodhyaland dispute case) and Archeologist Mohommed (who gave evidence about the existence of a Hindu temple at the site)
As always another great work by Kanniks. So happy to hear Vidita. Thank you Sai Shravanam. Congratulations to all artists. Please try to also create a minus-1 BGM version for many to use to perform on various occasions.
Very beautiful! Dr Kanniks.. I heard it fully now....and read the subtitle text to go with the Sanskrit lyrics.. and it really touched my soul 🙏🏼 The name "A cultural renaissance " is also a very powerful and apt title to the building of this monumental temple. It reflects how it is not just merely a temple construction but a thought revolution 👍🏼 Hope it brings about the change you are envisaging in your music video :-) 👍🏼🙏🏼to Indian & to the whole world!
This is great. Certainly such intuitive addition and presentation. Admire your ability and creativity Blessings and Best wishes of Ayodhya dhi Pathe Sri Ram -Kannikeswaran. Jai Shri Ram. Thank you.
Excellent composition, beautiful rendition, stunning visuals ❤😍 Dr.Kanniks, thank you for all your contributions to the Indian music industry. Always love your word pun 😊 We're looking forward to many such wonderful compositions! Jai Shree Ram!!🙏🙏
Wonderful composition as always Kanniks!! Very beautifully composed and produced. Love the lava-kusha type presentation. Amazing visuals being the beauty of Ayodhya! Your lovely composition inspired by the style of Muttusvami Dikshitar is a very melodious and inspiring piece. Lots of lyrical and visual cameos to notice in the lyrics - such as reference to Modi, Karsevaks, kinkara (a self reference by sankaracharya) etc. Enjoyed thisbeautiful presentation! Jai Sri Ram!!
True! Who better than Lava-Kusha to sing the praise of Sri Rama! In my opinion, Kanniks has stamped his authority as a composer of exceptional brilliance with this piece. I thought the one about Bali was brilliant, but this is as bright as Rama's chandravadanam!
Narendra Modhithum?!! Absolutely brilliant Kanniks. ❤
thank you!
