I absolutely loved this one. I rode it 13 times in a row back when they had the single riders line, which supposedly is gone now... the single riders line was always empty, so me and my brother just went separate and got to ride over and over. It was awesome!
I LOVE this ride. when it launches you out, you feel waitless, and that into a corkscrew? wow. Me, my brother and my dad went on it 7 times last time we were there. It was a 3 minute wait each time! NO JOKE!!!!!!
Yeah...if you don't like that feeling of "butterflies in your stomach" then don't worry. The Hulk is the perfect roller coaster for you...it just feels like you're flying.
In terms of quality, this is among the BEST roller coasters around IMO. It's definitely something you would see in Six Flags or Busch Gardens. This is one awesome coaster!!!
i remember goin on this for the first time with my dad - we first watched it from outside. when we went on it and was going up the ramp my dad was saying "now how do we get that speed to come out of the tunnel?" after that he found out LOVE IT!!!
well its looks more frightening than it actually is. its really fun. as soon as you sat down and hear the roar of the hulk, it beams you straight up...just to drop down again. its so much fun and we were riding that thing 6 times in a row. really great.
This is my all time favorite roller coaster. I will never get tired of riding this even though I live in Florida. Personally, it's because I'm obsessed with roller coasters. LOL!

I road this a few years back. I for one loved it. It was almost nonstop speed, twists and inversions. I liked it because it didn't take it easy on you at all almost the entire coaster. Many coasters these days have a couple good elements then get boring with some long sweeping turns, not this one.
I really miss florida. I'm from England, i went there in 2008. Will i ever see this again? Sometimes the memories bring a tear to my eyes it was so fucking awesome. I hope i'll go back one day, and i'll pay all the money i've saved up to my parents to make it a 4 week holiday, and i'd even give up my job to take four weeks off to go back there. Florida

The best part about that ride is if you can easily spot your friends (sister-in-law red hair (real) and her bf w/ green mohawk) then it's priceless to see their faces from below and of course you can't forget the netting and everybody's lost stuff that falls out of their pockets or their hats!
This was the first roller coaster I ever went on. My friend forced me to go on it and forced me to ride front row. Best experience ever! This ride is still my #1 favorite coaster of all time. Seriously, once you ride The Hulk you'll never be scared of any coaster ever again!
I live 15 minutes from this place. The Hulk is badass, but if you're going to spend time in the park, the dueling dragons is much better. Faster, more turns and the scenery is incredible.
I went on every single Orlando coaster (except Walt Disney World because it's kid-friendly) and they are all outstanding coasters. Even the coasters at Busch Gardens in Tampa are just plain awesome.

the best thing about the design of this ride is the fact they took into account the fear factor. This ride would be somewhat of a falure if they didnt hide the accelorated lift from spectators below. (i for one am afraid of Low-level hieghts) but because they took away that fearful anticipation all you get is exilorated fun from the start. GREAT RIDE

I used to be like you. If you haven't ridden one that goes upside down you need to. Ride a simple Arrow looper (Corkscrew at CP, etc.) They have small drops but are realy fun. Once you go on a inversion you will get hooked and won't be afriad. No pain, no gain.
The launch alone is well worth the extra wait for fron row. It's at Universal's Islands of Adventure at the Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL. Universal is also building a new coaster by Maurer Sohne in the Studios side. It's going to have the world's tallest vertical lift and will have a customizable on ride video that can be posted on RUclips. It's under construction now and is set to open in May of 2009.

Well I respect your opinion. In my opinion, Dr. Doom is an outstanding ride. I know there are several other rides just like it. But what makes this one outstanding is that it actually has theme. It's designed to look like one of his experiments to suck your terror to make him more powerful in order to destroy the Fantastic 4. At least this one tells a story. Most of the other tower rides are just regular rides designed to make you have fun. Dr. Doom is fun too though. Just differently.
Dude It LOOKS SCARY LIKE CRAZY. But honestly, if you dont like "the feeling" then this is the ride for you there is only a small part that you feel anything other than that its all adrenaline rush WHOO YEAH fun time. Trust me. My cousin hates roller coasters and she loved it.
I was 11 when I went on this! I remember my first upside-down roller coaster was one in bush gardens that had just one loop. After that I became a coaster addict and still to this day I love them! Can't beat the rides in Florida though! Best place by me is Alton towers and compared to this it's just crap! haha

If your terrified of rollercoasters and never been on one, this ride is literally going to make you start loving rollercoasters!!! So don't be scared just go on it and have fun!!! man, im a non-destructive tester by trade, and i must say i want to be the guy that inspects this beast. ithe mist thing as you leave the tunnel is cool... if you can catch it in the rain, that was a crazy ride that way, just hillarious cuz you cant see and your getting blasted with gamma rads...lol dream job.
Dude,I went to Island of Adventure after new years because our band had competed down there in Tampa,we got to go there on our last day when i saw that i said hell no,that's WAY TO INTENSE for me,if i can't handle the Batman,i don't think i can handle that,even though it looks SO SWEET.
the hulk is sick because it maintains a high speed and is very long. but even though the roller coasters in japan are like 4-5 minutes long thats insane
It doesnt feel bad at all!! It ultra smooth!! However its extremely strong and positive g's dominate the ride. There is no worst part but its most intense part is probably the launch because it takes you by surprise! definately a must ride!
I love this ride. I've ridden it quite a few times, but the last time, the coaster was causing me to have these really horrible headaches. I kept riding anyway though.

i'll never forget that ride. just to admit it, this was the first proper rollercoaster i went on cus i havn't visited a theme park for ages.

I so love the track hugging POV as it looks like we can see which element has the highest g's or the most enjoyable moment. : )

love this coaster. the launch roar of the coaster sets this baby apart from your standard steel coaster. The 4g's are pretty sweet too.

THIS WAS SUCH AN EPIC RIDE. It looks scarier on videos but it's not as bad when you're on the ride. Trut me, you HAVE to ride this.

The loud roar really made this coaster it’s not the same with its sort of quiet roar
