Its just normal loot what you can get from everyehere. Easyest way is to craft them. You can also farm them by missions or open world just open your map and check target loot. you can also go to summit or countdown and select your own loot.

very interesting, why are you using the sr-1 if the model 700 does more damage ?
@Keo sr-1 is good enough if you play alone.
But if I'm playing a full squad, I like to use the m700.
In full group If you lose your damage buff's or enemys are in cover you can't always kill them with sr-1. Thats why i use m700 in group.

Build breakdown?
You can see builds when video start. Headshot dmg on every piece. Sniper talent determined. And i use gunner for extra fire rate/armor after kill.
