That foundation is absolutely beautiful. The reason I like your videos is because you go into so much detail about the products and what method is best to apply them. Also, you give info on what to expect like fragrance, texture and comparisons. I always watch your videos first and congrats on reaching 19k. 🎉 I also like long get ready videos.

That foundation looks so flawless on you! This whole look is 🔥 I defs think the Patrick highlighters are a skip for me ❤
Primers on me are super necessary…. Not because I have no skincare routine… but, because my skincare routine is extra, extra❤❤ I find that because I use so many emollient and hydrating products, if I don’t use a primer… my makeup doesn’t last the day. But, if I use a primer (rare beauty is my fav) it keeps my complexion products looking fresh and pretty until I take it off. Now, I am 57 yrs old, and tbh, I think my age has a lot to do with it, because 20 years ago, I didn’t have this issue😉❤️
I actually really like that the highlighters have a translucent base! I feel like it looks more natural and avoids that stark metallic streak that highlights can often give! Personally I would never use the cream side cause I just don’t love cream products so I won’t be purchasing it but the powder side definitely caught my eye!
I agree, I love the translucent base! I’ve seen several people say he should’ve done the powder highlighters as singles instead of pairing them with the balm. I guess that wouldn’t go with his brand though since he mainly does duos.

Not a huge fan of Patrick ta products but I’m a huge fan of highlighters and I truly enjoyed Highlighter actually shocked me how good I enjoy it. Specially the balm side! The L’Oreal liquid blush has a lot of pigment to it. You just applied a little bit, you should’ve did a nice back hand swatch! I have the same shade as you and I have medium tan skin. It gave pigmentation for me, but I shared it out because you can do it. I just didn’t see much doing this to it.
I feel like I applied a decent amount off the back of my hand, but I always tend to under apply lol I love that the formula is customizable
Hi Blair! The Tom Ford matte lipstick formula is probably my #1! Shade 100 is a pinky brown I bought bc of Andrea Ali on YT. I also love the Gucci matte…the painted veil is another pretty cooler pinky nude ❤.

I love the westman atelier stick foundation! But yes, you are right about the shade ranges. I was shocked that I was in the shade 2, while my friend was in the shade 1 despite us being verrryyy different shades. But this foundation is literally undetectable!!! I still prefer though the TF Stick foundation as it isn't *as* creamy
I was interested in the NARS and Jane Iredale eyeshadow sticks…so glad you reviewed them! The shades of the Jane Iredale ones were so pretty but you saved me some cash on those! Might try the Adults Only shade of the NARS since warmer tones compliment my skin tone a little better. Thanks Blair!

Thanks for the review !!! I tried to love it so bad! I tried the Patrick Ta highlighter in shade Daddy a few times and every time it was lifting my foundation and causing my foundation to look like it was just sitting on my skin. I applied as you did. I tried different foundations, different primers and even different skincare. But it was onlu lifting where the highlighter was applied and there just was literlaly no highlight effect at all. I absolutely love his blushes and have all but 1 or 2 of those and have his eyeshadow palettes and love thos too. But this was not working at all and i returned immediately and picked up the new fenty glowy blushes in Juicy peach( i thnk thats the shade) i just did a huge haul to include 3 Armani liquid blushes and 2 more shades of the Armani liquiquid highlighters and had no issues with any of thos products.
The highlighter, looks beautiful on you, it Did NOT look like that on me 😂 Thanks for the review. I thought i was doing somethng wrong but it just may be my skintype or the weather here in South Texas. I wish so bad that it woould work for me because in the pan it looks beautiful! Maybe he will reformulate in the future .

I tried the hourglass and omg I guess I’m too old for it I was looking 100 years older 😅 also I’m not a big lipstick lover but I do like the milani matte lipsticks!!!
The Merit lipsticks are some of my favorites! I have the OG in Slip - haven't tried the new formula though. If you're on the hunt for a nude matte lipstick, the Lisa Eldridge lipstick in Velvet Fawn is my absolute favorite.

I really thought I would snag up the highlighters right away but am hesitant. I feel like the things that are being said about the balm would be an issue, and I LOVE balm and cream products. I passed but I am so wanting to try either My Love or Baby - we shall see. I totally agree with what title said about the negative reviews regarding it being translucent. It is stated clearly 😂😂😂 Do you find the balm sets or is it really wet and tacky for the day?

My WA foundation stick is not a perfect match so I find myself not using it very often. I am dry but it looks a lil yellow on me 😞
I love the PT hi-lighters. I use the powder with the Morphe aerial brush and I tap the cream on top with my finger . It’s beautiful . I don’t put powder on top that’s not a good look for me . Your look is beautiful. I’ve even worn the powder by itself and I do not see glitter or texture .
I’m glad I’m not the only one that likes them! I actually saw Patrick using that Morphe brush with them in one of his videos on Instagram! I agree, I love the powder by itself too 🩷

Is the NARS primer similar to the Make Up For Ever Hydra Booster Step 1 Primer?
I haven’t tried that one, but I’ve tested it on my hand in Sephora before! That one was a similar texture, but didn’t have much glow from what I remember.
@@simplyblair same here I tried in store but never made the purchase. I thought it kinda looked similar when you were applying it.
Update from our live chat: the Estee Lauder Double Wear Sheer doesn't give any coverage like at all to me. I couldn't tell a difference from side to side lol, but it was worth a try!
Oh no! It’s definitely a sheer product so I typically pair it with a fuller coverage concealer where I need more coverage. I love it because it’s long wearing & so thing on the skin. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you!
