I was just watching your another vlog you can wash the mutton with little venigar in water mixed so that it doesn't smell. Or you can marinate it first with turmeric little lemon juice and ginger garlic. ❤
We have a similar kind of dish in tripura called awan bangwi. It is prepared with sticky rice. So there is a kind of leaf(which looks similar to turmeric leaf) and we wrap sticky rice using that leaf and then it is steamed for 30 minutes or depending upon the size. The bigger the size the more time it'll take to get steamed.Traditionally only salt is mixed with the sticky rice and wrapped with that leaf. But nowadays people also put carrot, groundnut etc. And we pair awan bangwi with wahan mosdeng. Wahan means pork. Mosdeng is a dish which is prepared with crushed chilli, salt, dry fish, and onions. But avoid using dry fish if you are making mosdeng with meat. I think in Bengali you call it bharta
