In punjabi families also we have kanji, but its not with vada, its just kanji and it red in color because it has black carrot and beet root, but the taste is similar tangy pungent its made in winters only though.😋😋

I wanna tell you my noodles recipe plz try this one you will love…
So first you take water then take 2 pieces of garlic chop them and add into water then add 1 choped green chili and boil the water when water is boiled add your noodle cake and tastemaker. Cook your noodles well and set aside..
then take 2 eggs add 1/2 pinch of salt, 1/2 pinch of black pepper, 2-3 drops os soy sauce, 2-3 drops of chili sauce then add your noodles make sure they are cool down.. then mix it well..
Now you take a frying pan add 2 table spoon of oil then pour your mixture of egg noodles and fry it when it becomes golden brown turn it.. when both sides will be golden brown.. it’s ready to eat.. eat with garlic sauce or ketchup….
it’s taste ahmazing seriously you eat this in your breakfast and hi-tea
