Who created the blight and neglect? The darn Tenants. Tell Kermit Moore to focus on the real issues negatively impacting the citizens of Memphis. Why would anyone want people living in slumber?

The Landlord collecting rent he is supposed to maintain the property. Abandonment creates blight.

Code Enforcement made the right decision to close down that property. lt was unsafe, unhealthy and dangerous for tenants to remain there. The question now is where tenants go being that they were only given 15 days to relocate. I'm hoping that tenants will reach out to nonprofit organization to assist with housing or live with relatives until finding permanent place to live.
