    This guy and his gym is old school.. That old school that people look for today and we don't find. !! People can go to GOLD and pay lots and lots of money and that TRAINER would do nothing except make the guy happy... This GENTLEMAN is a real trainer.. He not training people for FAME and NAME.. he training people for RESULTS... Salute to you SIR... A HUGE HUGE HUGE Respect for what you are doing in today's modern Gyming world..     जो लोग जिम नहीं जा पाते जिस वजह से उन्हें एक कोच नहीं मिल पाता लेकिन वह बॉडी बनाना चाहते हैं तो उनके लिए यह चैनल एक बहुत अच्छा गुरु, अगर इस चैनल पर दिखाई जाने वाली बातों का अनुशरण करे तो हर व्यक्ति एक फिट बॉडी पा सकता है, मुकेश जी जैसी बॉडी पाना है तो बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ेगी और गुरु जी को मेरी तरफ से राम राम

      Salman Ayub bro dodh mein paka huwa Suji ka halwa after training roti keh saath. Paya soup very thin and great once a week. And train 1 day on and 1 day off. 5 sets of 20 push-ups week 1 then 4 sets of 25. And the most important thing is to make sure that you do not do Muth. Wanking. Please other wise forget strength and power.

      Testosterone is only natural GH that would help you get those much desired muscles. There are two components to boost it naturally. One is diet and other being training. All you gotta do is
      1.Eat more (but good) fat- Olive oil, almonds, avocados, peanut butter, Red meat, coconut oil, egg yolks, dark chocolate, cheese)
      2.Consume more zinc and vitamin D (Chicken, fish, Oats)
      3.Stick with multijoint/compound movements in the gym (Squats, Bench press,Deadlifts, Military press etc)
      4.Shorten your rest periods (this would increase your endurance; that's the time when your T-levels kick in!
      5.Get more sleep (8 hours)
      6.Stop Jerking off too often (This is must!)
      And, my personal favorite: please do drink low fat milk everyday (Milk and compound exercises are awesome on your T-levels)
