No lugar em que moro no Brasil é difícil de encontrar brotos de bambu,mas já experimentei brotos de bambu achei muito saboroso uma visinha descendente de japonês preparou brotos de bambu refogado com shoyu experimentei e aprovei delicioso. Abraços aqui do Brasil
