Watching those bricks and blocks fall, all I could think about was how every one of those was laid by hand, by skilled masons now long gone. All that work undone in the span of one or two days.

Yes, into three parts. Metal, Masonry, and Miscellaneous.

I loved this,but how did you manage to keep the electric lights on during the demo?

Nathaniel Dietrich- There were no electric lights on during the demolition. All electricity has been disconnected. What you are seeing is a reflection from another light source.
