오랜 만에 영상 업로드를 하네요 ~!
이번 영상은 예전에 만들다 망했던 영상을 편집해서 만들어본 '망한 요리 영상' 이에요 ㅎㅎ
영상을 찍으면서 요리를 하다보면 가끔 망하기도 하는데,
구름빵 만드는 것이 쉽고 단순한 과정이라 '나는 좀 다르게 만들어봐야지' 하고 만들었던
무지개 구름빵이였어요 ㅎㅎㅎ
결과는 생각보다 여러 색 합치는데 시간을 많이 잡아먹어서 실패해버린..ㅎㅎ
(바닥이 미끄러우니 머랭이 밀리고, 색이 여러개라 최대한 섞이지 않게 조심하며 만지다..ㅠ
생각보다 어렵더라구오^^; - 저의 실력 부족탓)
구운 직후엔 그래도 빵빵했는데, 아무래도 머랭을 다루면서 시간을 많이 지체해서 머랭이 삭아버린 탓에
유지력이 약해서 급속도로 납작해지기 시작하더라구요 ㅎㅎㅎ
그래서 이 영상은 폐기해야지 하다가 가끔 망한 영상도 올리면 좋지 않을까??라는 마음으로 ㅎㅎㅎ (후...ㅜㅠ)
그냥 가벼운 마음으로, 재미로 봐주세요 ^^
구름빵은 원래 밀가루 섭취가 어려운 사람들이 먹을 수 있는 글루텐프리 빵으로 시작했어요 ^^
2년 전에 올린 구름빵 영상이 그것이었는데, 원래는 납작하고 노릇한 색이 난 답니다^^
둘 다 구름을 모티브로 만든 것임에 뭐가 좋다 나쁘다 할 순 없어요
하지만 요리란 맛있게 먹어야 더 좋다고 생각하기에 요리에 활용하고 싶은 분들은
아래 영상을 참고해서 만들어보시는 걸 추천드려요 ^^
납작한 모양 때문에 샌드위치 빵으로 대신해도 좋고,
크게 만들어서 위에 토핑을 얹고 피자처럼 구워내도 좋거든요 ^^

She should have folded the colors in so as not to disturb the meringue. You have to be very careful not to overwork your meringue or you will lose the air you created in the whipping process.
