Hi Gogolin....I have an greatful little fan base. The number of followers doesn't matter much to me. For me, the music is the only priority. Thanks again for your feedback. Have a wonderful weekend too. Best regards from Berlin :-)
Rufes dropping a live set is like waking up on Christmas morning in 1983 to find my parents had bought me a mixer and a twin tape deck that had variable speed it was the beginning of my life long passion for electronica and experimental music it has always without exception been a fantastic journey as technologically evolved and pushed the parameters of sonics and production, surely one of the most wonderful gifts we have to be able the enjoy and express ourselves through the global landscape and language of music ✌️❤️😎
The biggest thank you from the bottom of my heart. Old feelings from my early techno days come up when I listen to the music. We're both very connected. Music is a great medium for expressing feelings. Thanks much for your comment. :-) best wishes Rufes
;-) Geil, viel Freude weiterhin. Grüße
Shouldn't music always be free? ;-) I am very happy that you share my music with me. Thank you for your great feedback & have a wonderful time. regards Rufes
what a joy to have discovered you. amazing stuff. how did you tune all your gear to 432hz? is that something possible via Ableton or did you do it within the machine? so is EVERYTHING in 432hz? like the RD and DT as well?
I'm happy, that you like it. The RD-8 has no master tuning. The bass drum match the bass from the A4mk2 on the first track I make. On the following tracks, I match the sub-bass to the bass drum from the RD-8. Thus the bass drum is tuned for all tracks. Samplers like the DT don't have master tuning either. My approach there is identical to that of the RD-8. Nothing is processed in Ableton anymore because I only record the sum from the DJ mixer. Best regards
@@RufesLive thank you so much for the response! so to sum it up, you rely on your A4's master tuning ability - set it to 432hz and start building music on A4 first, and then basically match all other synth sounds by ear to the same tuning? but what about the drum elements like kck, snr and hats? no 432 tuning since the machines dont offer master tuning? I'm just so curious because i too wanna make awesome live electronic music while also healing ppl with that goooood frequency... i currently have OTmk2, ARmk1, MicroFreak, MPC One and looking to get DIGITONE. but just cannot wrap my head around how to make a true 432hz live DAWless setup... these drum machines and samplers don't offer master tuning which sucks... you're the ONLY REAL artist out here doing this so i'm just so glad to have found you
@@teckno_senpai Hi...There are many tutorials on how to tune drum sounds. Basically you take a root note from the A4 and do a long release on the bass drum. Thus, the BD also has a tone and can be adjusted to the basic tone of the A4 by hearing. If you train your hearing, you will hear immediately when the pitch of the sound is not right. In the end, these are empirical values. But don't make it so difficult for yourself. 432 Hz is most important for synthesizer sounds because sounds like basses, pads, chords, leads, etc. make up a much larger portion of the track than rhythm sounds. If you use a sampler, then sample your own sounds in 432Hz from e.g. Ableton and transfer them to your sampler. This makes things easier and all samples are 432 Hz. With best regards, Rufes ps: I wish you every success and an incredibly creative time :-)
Alright. I like your channel and I have a group on IG where I share/“promote” artists by sharing their material/sounds/jams, it’s analog/hybrid, modular/hardware, Only. I only share once the artist have given me permission to do so. I always mention the artist properly, and I paste links to their different platforms as well. So if you don’t mind then I would gladly like to share some of your sound/jams as well, all respect and understanding if not👌 Bless. Erik

Is there a compressor somewhere in here ? Hardware based ?
You can see my compressor under the keyboard. I use the SCL2 Compressor from ART.
Instagram?
I'm not on Instagram. regards
