    - Mixing bowl 믹싱볼
    - Hand mixer 핸드믹서 거품기
    - Spatula 고무 주걱
    - Sieve 체
    - Mold 몰드
    - Cloth 두꺼운 천
    ● Ingredients - 재료
    ➡︎ Crust 크러스트
    - 85g Lotus / Digest Cookie 로터스 다이제 쿠키
    - 30g Unsalted Butter 무염 버터
    ➡︎ Filling 필링
    - 200g Kiri Creamcheese 끼리 크림치즈
    - 50g Sugar Powder 슈가 파우더
    - 50g White Chocolate 화이트 초콜릿
    - 5g Matcha Powder (for chocolate) 제주 말차 파우더
    - 10g Matcha Powder (for second layer) 제주 말차 파우더
    - 4g Leaf Gelatin 판젤라틴
    - 150g Whipped Cream 휘핑크림

    - Herb Thyme 허브 타임
    ● Recipe 레시피
    ➡︎ Prep - 준비
    1. Melt butter in microwave.
    2. Crush cookie into crumbs for crust.
    3. Keep creamcheese in room temperature for soft texture.
    4. Melt chocolate in microwave.
    5. Soak leaf gelatin in cold water for 10+min.
    6. Measure 150g whipped cream.
    1. 무염 버터를 전자레인지에 녹여준다.
    2. 크러스트로 사용 될 쿠키를 으깨준다.
    3. 말랑말랑한 크림치즈를 위해 실온에 보관한다.
    4. 초콜릿은 전자레인지에 녹여준다.
    5. 판젤라틴은 차가운 물에 불려준다.
    6. 휘핑크림 150g을 미리 계량한다.
    ➡︎ Crust - 크러스트
    1. Put the cookies into a clean thick bag.
    2. Put a strong cloth over it.
    3. Crush with rolling pin, flat bowl or hand till it becomes little crumbs.
    4. Pour into bowl.
    5. Pour the melted butter into the crumbs.
    6. Mix well.
    1. Prepare a flat bowl or tray.
    2. Put the mold over it.
    3. Pour in the butter incorporated crumbs into the bottom of the bowl.
    4. Flatten with hands.
    5. Refrigerate till before use.
    ➡︎ Filling - 필링
    1. Soften Creamcheese by spreading with spatula.
    2. Try not to add in more air. Mix gently my spreading the Creamcheese.
    3. Sieve in the powder sugar.
    4. Mix by drawing “11” in the filling, soften and smoothen the Creamcheese while incorporating the sugar powder.
    5. Melt the white chocolate.
    6. Add the first batch of matcha powder and incorporate well.
    7. Pour the matcha chocolate into the Creamcheese filling.
    8. Incorporate all ingredients.
    9. Whip the whipping cream till soft peak. Leave it at the side.
    10. Squeeze the soaked gelatin, and melt it in the microwave.
    11. Pour the gelatin into the matcha filling.
    12. Incorporate well.
    13. Pour whipped cream into the filling.
    14. Incorporate well.
    1. Pour the first layer of filling into mold.
    2. Mix in the second batch of matcha powder into the filling.
    3. Incorporate well.
    4. Pour in over the first layer in the mold.
    5. Get rid of air bubbles by tapping the mold on the work top.
    6. Flatten surface and refrigerate 2h+ before serving.
    ➡︎ Decoration - 데코
    1. When serving, decorate your cake.
    2. Remove the mold by wrapping heated wet cloth around it.
    3. Pull off the mold slowly and gently.
    4. Add thyme or other herb decoration.
    5. Voila! Done!

    Not sure about the colour, green tea doesn't appeal much.
