      In English: The last 18 individual distance medals in the XC World Championships (Seefeld and Oberstdorf) have been distributed among only 6 skiers.(No need to translate the list.)

    • @EuroNeuro
      @EuroNeuro  3 года назад +7

      Yeah some say it's too much, but for me it's all relevant and useful. They are really very good, and Bjørn is a lexicon of all things cross country skiing. He will for example say that this and this situation was last seen in 1982 and name the skier and race.. 😎

      @@EuroNeuro Hopefully i will understand him better soon, i‘m trying to learn norsk. I guess even your commentators are the best informed since wintersport is so popular in norway. In general german commentators are quieter than everybody else. An goal in spain sounds like „gooooooooooooool“, in Germany: silence. „Tor“.
      But i guess people are discussing in every country how much the commentators should talk :D

      I hope that the Germans get better soon. The golden times of the early 2000s are over for a long time. Its hard to believe that just one athlete is in the top 15.

      @@EuroNeuro They are very informative, but they get way too exited and get very high pitched whenever they see a Norwegian athlete. Especially Jann Post, he more or less in schreeks the entire race in falsett into the mic. Yeah they are "great", if they would calm the fuck down! I miss the old guys like Rike and Carlsen they where great he listen to.

    Its quite simple! Therese weighs 110lbs and is 5'4" high and has the best power to weight ratio of ANY elite cross country skier on the current tour! Also, she has the best VO2 max rate as well! She will win most of her races...

    • @TaraTheAndroid

      That is your analysis and I can assure you that it's not that simple. Johaug is completely obsessed with being the best.

Johaug is NO different! Especially since she lost TWO full ski seasons due to that Closterbol lip creme mess. Can you blame Therese for going into "overdrive" to potentially equal Marit Bjoergen?
