One thing I've always wondered about painting the body shells us hiw they go about the hinges? Doesn't the paint get messed up once the hinges start doin what they do :/?
+mrpapparappa I assume the force of the door being opened is greater then the strength of the paint, so when the door is opened after painting it just breaks the paint.

At 20:35 does anyone else see that the hood / bonnet doesn't align with the fender or the light??? At 20:57 the hood / bonnet does align with the fender and light. Maybe it's just a right hand drive model they cant get it right! Back quality control it should go or fire those end of line quality inspectors...
First point. If your going to use English, Please write it correctly. I'm no English teacher, but the grammar people are using is poor. Second point. They rust because it's cheap, thin steel to save weight. Long gone are the days of quality components.
