    Okroshka is a traditional Russian national dish, cold soup. Great lunch for a hot summer!
    Ingredients for 2 servings):
    Potatoes about 200 gr. (1 large potato)
    Beef - raw about 200-250 gr. (baked about 150 gr.)
    Cucumber approx. 150-200 gr. (1 medium cucumber)
    Eggs 2-3 pcs.
    Small bunch of dill (to taste)
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Kvass 0.5 l.
    Sour cream to taste.
    You can also mix sour cream and a small amount of mustard.
