  • The airline has entrusted Servair Corporate Chef François Adamski, winner of the "Bocuse d'Or" and "Meilleur Ouvrier de France", with the task of preparing unique, gourmet menus that can be enjoyed quickly on a short flight. This is a new way for Air France to continue to move upmarket on its entire network and to continue to promote French cuisine on board.
François Adamski is proposing an offer that changes throughout the day. On morning flights taking off before 10am, he offers a breakfast consisting of a viennoiserie and sandwiches with adapted recipes such as plain bread, smoked salmon and fresh cheese with dill. After 10am, customers can enjoy a meal made up of new gourmet sandwiches such as cereal bread, chicken with smoked paprika, vegetables with tarragon, accompanied by a chocolate bar and a calisson.
