WOW! You guys did NYC RIGHT! From a Native New Yorker, Thank you for showing off my city and so much of it's magnificence! Thank you for your positive and wonderful perspective and great camera work! 😍
You saw a good amount for one trip in NYC! As a local, I always warn people that you will not be able to see everything in one trip… or two… or three even. 😅 Hey, I still haven’t even been to the Edge or done a helicopter tour. The city can be overwhelming if you try to do too much so I recommend you pick a few things that are scattered about so you can spend a day in different parts of the city including boroughs other than Manhattan. Leave time in your schedule to be spontaneous or spend more time in a place you like. Depending on how much of it you wanted to see or how many things you’d wanted to do, you could easily spend a whole 3 days in central park alone and still not see everything in it!! I agree that the NY Pass seems like a good deal especially if you want to do general touristy things but still see a decent amount of the city… but after that I’d try to avoid doing too many of those things because they don’t really give you a feel for what the city’s really like as the activities included are tourist activities in touristy areas… areas which locals generally try to avoid. 😅
I agree with this 100%. It's my 7th time in the city and I STILL feel like I have so so much left to see. It's the first time I've gone with an "adult" budget, the previous times I went as a college student and stayed in hostels etc, so it definitely felt good to finally be able to afford all the touristy stuff. But on our next visit, we're definitely planning on doing a lot more "local" stuff.
We're going to New York in May 2024 and I've watched a lot of videos online about New York, just now I saw your videos, I watched some videos from your channel and it feels like friends talking,i love it ...I just watched your wedding video and it felt so full of happiness and sweetness. Lately, I've been quite reluctant to get married; as they often say in Chinese nowadays, fear of getting married. But watching your video made me feel that marriage can indeed be a very happiness thing. So, I really appreciate you sharing your video.😀😀😘
Loved your video. Even though I have been to New York many times, I love watching RUclips videos. Your voice is so lovely. I too love the New York Pass especially for the first few visits. It’s great value and helps you see so much more of the city than if you just planned to pay per visit.
Hi @@SofiaAbrantes😊 I will go to NYC on September,i just want to ask how much the total you paid for your New york pass for 7 days?Thank you so much☺️
@@pau465 Hi! We only got a 4 day pass because there are a few things (like Summit One Vanderbuilt) that are not included so we thought having 4 day pass would be enough and then we could fill the other days with other things! I would definitely recommend that, especially because exploring central park alone can take you a whole day. I believe we paid $450 for us both for the 4 days, which was VERY worth it
It was amazing! Loved your video and I wanted to congratulate for being such an excellent English speaker. I am from Argentina and just wanted to remark your skills at the language, which can be difficult to achieve for non-native speakers like us. Excellent footage and edition!
Love this video... I am saving it to make my husband watch! I did a doors off helicopter tour over Maui last year and it was insane! I will absolutely add that to my bucket list for my next NYC trip!! It looks amazing!! I can't wait to go back!
I can’t tell you how amazing it was!! I just know that one day when I’m old and grey I’ll still be gushing over this experience. It knocks the air out of you, in the best way 😍 have the best time!!
This is a really great video, you certainly get a feel of New York, quite atmospheric, makes my upcoming visit seem years away, it just makes you want to be there
Definitely love this video😆I've lived here over a half year but still haven't set foot on most of these spots. Do wish that I could enjoy the views in nyc like you did
Another nice activity to do during sunset is to have a picnic in Island Park, which offers a nice view over the Hudson River and the One World Trade Center. Plus it has amazing architecture and it’s looked near an entrance to the elevated park called the High Line where you walk through the buildings. Both activities are free.
Thanks for sharing, sounds like such a lovely idea 💗 I had planned to walk the High Line, but that day it was already getting dark and I wasn't sure how safe it was at night
I've never been to New York City, my father lived and worked in Manhattan for 31/2 years in the 60's, the first time he visited the World Trade center was on September 11, 1974 coincidentally, subway fare was 70¢ at that time
@@SofiaAbrantesif I ever visited New York City I would visit One World Trade center, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park, the three top places anyway, and De Fara's pizza
Great video! I'm impressed at how much you did on your trip. The helicopter ride looked incredible so I'm going to book that when I'm in NYC again next April. I wish you would have eaten out more because NYC has the BEST food!! & BTW- I went to Lisbon last year for the first time and loved it!! One of my favorite places I've ever been. Looking forward to seeing more of your travels!
You’re going to love the helicopter ride 😍 and honestly I wish we would have eaten out more too, it was a budget decision unfortunately. We were always the kind of people that thought these trips were out of our budget so we found ways to make them happen (ramen for the win 😂). I’m so glad you loved my hometown, it’s really so precious. If you ever come back and want recommendations, reach out!
I honestly couldn’t even imagine coming to a place like New York City, with some of the best food in the world, and going to places like McDonald’s and Starbucks… not to mention the idea of going to attractions that are found in other American cities, like Madame Tussaud’s.
Honestly I was SO nervous for this, and the takeoff had me sweating, but once you're up there everything just stops for a few minutes... I don't know how else to explain it, your brain just turns off and is completely in awe
Thanks so much for sharing! My partner and I will be visiting NYC over Christmas from Australia. Neither of us have been before and it is so overwhelming trying to work out what to do and where to go... your video has helped us so much! :)
You are so beautiful. All the best. I wish I can travel to all the places I want to visit and go out everyday to new places. It would mean the world to me and make me so happy to travel all the time. I am 26, stuck in my parents house almost the whole day. I go to therapy twice a week, so depressing. Wish things weren’t this way. I just want to do what makes me happy and traveling all the time/going out everyday to new places will definitely make me happy. I wish you a life full of joy, peace, and positivity. I hope you want all the same for me ♥️
Hi Samantha, Thank you so much for your super kind words. I completely understand your feelings, and you should be very proud of yourself for working on yourself and going to therapy. It’s not easy but it sounds like you’re putting in a lot of work! Just remember you have your whole life ahead of you - some people don’t start traveling until they are 40/50 and still make that dream come true. You can do anything you set your mind to 💕
I love how practical and helpful your travel tips are! Just curious, have you come across the new V4 of the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane? It's designed with even more features to make your adventures easier and more stylish
Thanks. Liked most of your exploring. Cool to see a number of the observatories. Which of the sunset cruises did you do? Helicopter was very cool! Would have added going into the main public library on the end of Bryant Park. It’s free. The building is stunning and they have an exhibition (Treasures) of some of the interesting items in their collection on the main floor. The Transit Museum in Brooklyn not far from DUMBO would have been an interesting addition there as well. Would NOT have gone to the wax museum. With all of the other museums in the city to pick on a rainy day, that will never be on my list. Other choices- Metropolitan Museum, Morgan Library, American Museum of Natural History, and so many more.
Thank you! We did the Circle Line sunset cruise (listed in my description). I didn't go to Bryant Park public library this time as I'd already been a handful of times, but it's a great recommendation 😊 As for the wax museum: honestly it was just an immediate rain escape type of thing (it started pouring and we were right next to it and it was free with our pass, so we did to pass some time). I agree with you though, and have also visited most of the ones you mentioned on previous trips!
Hi there.... Very cute video.... Hope u guys enjoyed to the fullest... I too visited NYC in Sept 2022... Been there , done that ! Same to same... It was just so Amazing. TY
Your video is very informative and useful for anyone planning a trip to New York city. You seem to have made very good use of the seven days. We were in NYC last week for the first time and I wish I had seen your video before! We could've made much better use of our six days in NYC. The image quality of the video is very good with hardly any camera shake. Csn I ask what camera gear did you use? Did you use a selfie stick or any special gear to hold your camera? Thank you for posting this video which will be very useful if there is another another visit to the city for us!
You are very welcome! This comment is super sweet, thank you for taking the time 💕 I filmed everything with my iPhone 12, no extra gear or selfie sticks. The stabilizer of the phone itself is fantastic, and I try to take shots standing still instead of walking (but even when I walk with it, you barely see it)
You did very cool things but still would have like to hear you end it with a final statement of if you liked or loved your time there and if its worth doing again
Noted for next time, thanks for the feedback! We loved it btw and would absolutely recommend, but most likely won’t be doing it again anytime soon as we like to explore other places and avoid repeating destinations. I will say I’d purposely choose NYC as a stopover if one was needed, or would visit during Christmas again to experience the city during the holidays
@@katherineluong185 All of these were on my "To See" list and there wasn't enough time 💔 thank you for the recommendation, I'm sure it'll be super useful for others 🤩
@@beebro1405 we pre-booked via Booking.com and it cost $80, but unless you're travelling with a lot of bags I wouldn't recommend. It took much, much longer than the subway would have, and was much more expensive
I’m loving this Itinerary I’ve lived all my life and about to start exploring my options especially my 8 day vacation is coming up I’m soooo excited you are giving me so many options to plan omggggg thank you 🥰🥰❤️❤️
We are going in June/1st Time🎉🎉/The Statue of Liberty excursion/thought I read on nyc pass site that it’s for the ferry ride only and not actually on Staten Island itself. Can you clarify please?
Yes! So you do go onto the island, but it doesn't include entrance to the TOP of the statue itself (Lady Liberty). You can walk and see her from up close, like we did, but there's also a separate option to go INSIDE the statue and that you have to pay extra for. That's what they mean with this: "*Does not include entry to pedestal or crown levels inside Statue of Liberty - must be purchased separately." Hope this helps and have a fantastic trip 🤩
You a great guide Sofia! Well done! Ive subscribed to see what else youbgreat at 😁 Ive been to NYC more than 100x I haven't dont half what youve done, im too lazy! 😁👍🏼 Thanks
Hi! I completely understand your question and please know we did check out a lot of diners and bagel places as lunch/mid afternoon food stops. But using McDonalds means we got to save 10-20% each meal by using the self-service screens and not having to pay a tip, which is the case in diners and bagels. We're also from Portugal, so we got to try all the USA-exclusive things on the McDs menu, which we love doing every country we go to (Japan was super fun, for example). It helped us manage our budget bit better ☺️ hope this clarifies it, and have a great day!!
thanks for the amazing video and a lot of valuable information :) we plan to go to NYC in April and I would be really grateful if you can tell me if is it hard to get from JFK by subway?
You're very welcome! It's very easy to go from JFK to NYC (near Times Square, for example). You basically take the Air Train at JFK (red line, you can get on it right outside the airport and there are signs everywhere) and switch once at Jamaica Station, onto the E line direction World Trade Center. If you use google maps (download the map area offline for easier use within the subway) it'll help out. CityMapper is also great for navigating the system. Hope this helps, have the best time!!
We were only in for 7 days, it’s too much to try to fit in one trip sadly. We will be coming back! We did visit Brooklyn, specifically DUMBO, but unfortunately not for very long
Not to be a troll or hater, but back in 2019 I went there for 7 days and I was able to go to Coney Island, Dumbo, go all over manhattan, all in the same week. I’m glad you had fun but the guide feels a little bit empty.
I was there in June and I ADORED it, it's been my very favorite trip so far. Everyone was so wonderful, the country is beautiful, and the culture is just so vast. Launching the vlog very soon!
All of these views look amazing but I’m terrified of heights so I doubt I could do them 😂 I’ve been to NYC 3 times in my life and have seen a good handful of the city the last 2 times I went
First thing in the morning! It's big enough that people spread out, and they do limit the spots, so it's always smart to buy tickets ahead of time. I've heard it's beautiful at sunset/night, but can get super crowded.
I have a trip to Lisbon in April, very excited, also planning one to NY city in March, very helpful video, thank you. Also which pass did you have? So many options not sure which one gave you all these free entries, thanks)
You'll love it here in Lisbon! If you need any recommendations, message me on Instagram (@sofiaabrantess). Glad you liked the video, I have the pass we used linked in my description!
Hi! Thank you 💞 and it depends a little bit, but between these two I want to say Empire State is a little more well-rounded view wise (One World is very far south, so you won't get as much of Manhattan).
Great video - Thank you for sharing. Question- did you have to pre book/reserve the times for each of the NY pass attractions when you bought it? or you can just walk-in to them?
Some you can walk in, others you have to pre book! On the pass app or website you can see for each activity whether there is any pre booking necessary. Off the top of my head we had to pre book Empire State, The Ride, the sunset cruise, and The Edge. So I’d assume yes unless the website says so for each. Either way, pre booking was really simple and required only clickling a link on the page and picking a time/date. It’s also handy because it allows you to skip the line and waste less time waiting each day
Great and very informative vid....Im from Malaysia and a trip to New York is definitely in my bucket list of things to do....but im still trying to save money as Malaysian currency exc to US dollar is definitely very high...so i was planning to go maybe around Aug-Sept next year and im planning to watch some tennis too at the US Open....so atm...i think im going solo.....so you think going solo is ok???
You should! You might want to consider staying at a hostel, even if you get a private room, so you can meet some other likeminded people and do a few activities with them. Another very fun way to not feel so lonely as you travel alone is to join group tours 😍
the helicopter tour. Did they have a middle seat? we are doing this exact thing in a few weeks and I’ve read really bad reviews about sitting in the middle.. but it looks like you just had 4 people which is great!!
Yes they do have a middle seat, however there's also a seat up in the front with the pilot. So we were 5 (4 in the back, one in the front). I wouldn't recommend paying to not end up in the middle, just because of all of the flights we saw leave they never once filled one with 6 people. Even my seat, which was not fully "open window" allowed for me to put my feet out. Having said that: if you're fairly small, you may end up in the middle as you'd perhaps be the only person to fit there if it came to it. If you're a little on the bigger side, you have less to worry about as they wouldn't try to squeeze you in. Sounds horrible, but gives you some insight on how it works
@@SofiaAbrantes Hello, we are looking at doing this helicopter tour also. Can you tell me how long did your flight last in the air?- I have seen various "air time" available at cost. Just wanted to know how much time was required to see everything.
Hi @@georgehandsley6660! So our total flight time was 30 minutes and I wouldn't recommend anything less than that. Typically, 15 minute flights will skip central park and only go to Liberty Island, which offers okay views but nothing wow compared to what you'd see from a ferry for example (so not worth the money, since this is pricey). The 30 mins one takes you over Manhattan (central park etc), over all the bridges, and over Financial District (and statue of course). So I only recommend doing this if you're willing to go for the 30 mins because then it's really worth the "wow" factor. If budget is a non-issue, I'd go for the late sunset one so you can see it during the day and as all the lights turn on (this one was a little too expensive for us, but I can imagine it must be fantastic). Remember that take off/landing eats up 10 of those 30 minutes, but you can expect 20 minutes of pure bliss up there! I hope you have the best time!! PS - if it makes no difference to you, booking through my link in the description sends a commission my way without making it more expensive to you, and it really helps out my channel! Thanks for considering and for watching ☺
@@SofiaAbrantes Great thanks. Yeah, i had noticed the quite significant cost difference when the flight time is extended. May have to consider if it is worth us doing it as we are a party of 3 and cost will be pretty high for such a short time - maybe the cost of this would be better utilised to do a few other things.......
Thank you so much 🥰 so every activity that needs to be booked in advance will say so on its activity page in the app. I believe it was Empire State, The Ride, and the sunset cruise. And I remember booking about 3 weeks in advance or so. Hope this helps!
Hi I just happened to chance upon your video. You say, you stayed at DoubleTree, that’s where we have booked for our upcoming 2 week NY trip. Just wanted to know, how was DoubleTree to stay at? There are a lot of mixed reviews, hence asking. Thanks.
I was nervous too because of the mixed reviews, but we had a very pleasant stay. The elevators can be a pain, try to leave your room early (around 8am) and avoid trying to go back at 5-6pm (I called those the elevator rush hours haha) because it will take you forever to get to your room. Other than that, no complaints
This is great video! I am also planning to go with my son, could you explain how to take the subway from airport to hotel? I am so overwhelmed with that thought 😢 or is it better to just take a taxi?
Subway is definitely easier!! Which airport are you flying into? If it’s JFK, when you land you follow signs leading to “AirTrain”, which take you to Jamaica station. From there, you’ll just need to pick the line that takes you closest to your hotel. Citymapper is a great app for planning that trip out or just using throughout your trip, tells you everything. Keep in mind: with large suitcases, taxi may be best. You’ll be navigating a lot of stairs. We travel carry on only, so it was okay.
@@SofiaAbrantes thank you so much for responding. We will be flying into Laguardia. Also, how was your hotel and how did you get to your attractions from your hotel? Did you take the hop in hop out to get to your attractions or just walking? This was a very good video, thank you.
@@Justbrowsing LaGuardia is even easier, as it is right in the middle of the city. Our hotel was great, we loved it. It's walking distance from Times Square and other major attractions like Empire State Building, but we mostly used the subway. We got a 7 day subway pass which lets you ride unlimited, made it much cheaper and easier logistically (you can buy it at any ticket machine at subway entrances). You can definitely use the hop in hop out to go to attractions, we just ended up preferring the subway. When you make your itinerary, just use Citymapper to simulate what your journey from point A to point B would be. Hope this helps!
Hi! Thanks for the informative video. I am going to new york for a week thus summer. Do you have a link where you purchased your 4 days pass . What i see online are more expensive than you stated here Thanks in advance!
You’re welcome 💕 yes it’s in my description, but I will say the prices change all year round depending on when you go. So the prices we had were for the first week of May
We loved it! The view was great and it was quiet on the hotel side, you can always hear the sirens from outside but I think that’s just universal in NY 😂 the elevators were a pain in the ass though, you’ll have to wait a bit for them. But again, most hotels in NY have that problem
Nice video with nice ideas and places you have to visit. I liked harry potter store so much and i first saw it here. Can i ask you where did you live in Ny?
i really enjoyed the video and all the tips you gave! i'm going to nyc in november and i'm just wondering which nyc pass you bought. is it the nyc sightseeing day pass? thanl
Most of the negative McDonalds comments don't realize I'm from Europe (Portugal) and the experience is totally different 😅 I think it's my English accent, makes them think I'm just coming in from another state.
I was looking at the link you posted for Helicopter -- Where can I get an special price for Black Friday? is there an opcion for open doors, I only see close doors
When you click the link for the doors closed helicopter, a few options should come up (I included both open and closed doors because some people expressed the doors off was too scary). Look for this one on that page: “From New Jersey: NYC Helicopter Tour, Optional Doors Off”. It’s on Black Friday sale right now
Hi. This is such an informative video. Thank you so much. Please did you get the NY pass before arriving and did you have to prebook the activities. If yes how long in advance. I’m travelling in a month and your video is perfect. Thanks again
You're very welcome! Glad it helped. I purchased them before arriving, as they only activate the time period (for example, the four days) the first time you check in to one activity (so keep this in mind). We had to prebook some, and not others. Each individual activity (both on the website and on the app) will tell you what you need to do beforehand. Some require reservations (cruise, Empire State, The Ride, just to name some) and others don't. Reserving or pre-booking will not activate your pass, so feel free to reserve everything you want ahead of time without worries. Keep in mind some do charge "no-show" fees if you book and don't show (The Ride, for example). Hope this helps
We went in April and it was quite pleasant, although it did rain on a few days which cancelled a Yankees game we were excited to watch. Have fun on your trip!
Hi sorry if it’s already been asked, we are planning to go in may also. I’m nervous the rain is going to make it difficult to enjoy everything. Do u think you would have gone closer to summer looking back?
Nope! I actually found May to be perfect because it was nice out but not sweltering hot. I’ve done NYC in the summer and the heat and humidity made it a miserable experience. Honestly, so much in NYC can still be done with a bit of rain (think broadway, observation decks, etc). We only had two days of drizzle of the 8 days. I highly recommend May, if I had to go back it’s the month I’d pick again. Have the best time 😍
Thank you! Depends on when you're going, and for how long. I'm pretty sure you can simulate it on their website. For us, the 4 days were $200 per person. I did the math, and with the activities we ended up doing it would have been around $500 per person without the pass

This is best NYC Vlog I 've ever seen saw far,,,,. keep it up! GL.
Wow, thanks! This made my day 💕
Has to be be one of the best NYC videos on youtube, thank you for this! ❤
You're so welcome!🤩
I loved every second of this. Thank you.
Thank you 💕
Thank you for the amazing review!!! First time for me in two weeks!
Ahhh I’m so excited for you 🤩 you’re going to have SUCH a blast!
I honestly couldn’t even imagine coming to a place like New York City, with some of the best food in the world, and going to places like McDonald’s and Starbucks… not to mention the idea of going to attractions that are found in other American cities, like Madame Tussaud’s.
And that's perfectly okay ☺️ what matters is that you enjoy each of your travels in your own way.

Honestly I was SO nervous for this, and the takeoff had me sweating, but once you're up there everything just stops for a few minutes... I don't know how else to explain it, your brain just turns off and is completely in awe

Wow i just found my new favorite vlogger yourll the best ❤
This comment made my week, thank you 😍 so happy to have you here!
Thanks so much for sharing! My partner and I will be visiting NYC over Christmas from Australia. Neither of us have been before and it is so overwhelming trying to work out what to do and where to go... your video has helped us so much! :)
Awww thank you, you made my day 💕 I hope you guys have the best time! NYC during Christmas must be gorgeous, it's on my bucketlist.
Thank you so much for this video. I will be visiting New York in January and this video was super descriptive and helpful. 💕
Thank YOU for this comment that absolutely made my day 🥰 have the best time!!
I hope you want all the same for me ♥️
Hi Samantha,
Thank you so much for your super kind words. You can do anything you set your mind to 💕
Thanks Sofia for sharing wonderful information about visiting NYC . My family and I will be there very soon and definitely I use your experience.
I hope you guys have a lovely time! 😍
im goin to new york this fall, and im super excited!!
I hope you have a great time!
I love how practical and helpful your travel tips are! Just curious, have you come across the new V4 of the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane? It's designed with even more features to make your adventures easier and more stylish
Not yet!
I didn't go to Bryant Park public library this time as I'd already been a handful of times, but it's a great recommendation 😊
As for the wax museum: honestly it was just an immediate rain escape type of thing (it started pouring and we were right next to it and it was free with our pass, so we did to pass some time). I agree with you though, and have also visited most of the ones you mentioned on previous trips!
Hi there....

Thank you so much 🙂 It truly was amazing!
I am coming to newyork next year ... I like your video.
Have a wonderful trip!
Many thanks. One of the best itineraries.
So happy to hear that 💕
Your video is very informative and useful for anyone planning a trip to New York city.
The stabilizer of the phone itself is fantastic, and I try to take shots standing still instead of walking (but even when I walk with it, you barely see it)
amazing video!! Looks like you had a fantastic holiday there. Definitely will use this video if I ever go to New York (which is on my bucketlist!) 🥰
So happy to hear 🤩
Well done on packing 6 days in 1, 19 minute video 👏
Thank you 😁
You did very cool things but still would have like to hear you end it with a final statement of if you liked or loved your time there and if its worth doing again

Glad you enjoyed it!

Less than 2 weekse we fly to New York
Why MacDonalds breakfast.......what about all the amazing diners and bagel places??
Thank you for this video! I’m going for the first time in December 😊
You’re very welcome! Have the best time 💕 it must be beautiful during Christmas, it’s on my bucket list to go back to see the lights
thanks for the amazing video and a lot of valuable information :) we plan to go to NYC in April and I would be really grateful if you can tell me if is it hard to get from JFK by subway?
You're very welcome! It's very easy to go from JFK to NYC (near Times Square, for example). You basically take the Air Train at JFK (red line, you can get on it right outside the airport and there are signs everywhere) and switch once at Jamaica Station, onto the E line direction World Trade Center. If you use google maps (download the map area offline for easier use within the subway) it'll help out. CityMapper is also great for navigating the system. Hope this helps, have the best time!!
@@SofiaAbrantes thank you so much ❤
Hi, love the video! Really useful information. One question, where did you booked the helicopter trip?
Glad it helped! I booked it directly on FLYNYON's website
DId you go into Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx? nothing in Staten island to see... so didnt mention that... but what about the other boroughs?
We were only in for 7 days, it’s too much to try to fit in one trip sadly. We will be coming back! We did visit Brooklyn, specifically DUMBO, but unfortunately not for very long
Not to be a troll or hater, but back in 2019 I went there for 7 days and I was able to go to Coney Island, Dumbo, go all over manhattan, all in the same week. I’m glad you had fun but the guide feels a little bit empty.

Wow what an experience and great video! At what time did you visit One Vanderbilt? Looked not too crowded
First thing in the morning! It's big enough that people spread out, and they do limit the spots, so it's always smart to buy tickets ahead of time. I've heard it's beautiful at sunset/night, but can get super crowded.
Excellent vlog!!
Glad you enjoyed it!💕

Same 😍
I loved your video🥰 if you need to choose one world observatory or Empire State Building, which would you choose?
It’s also handy because it allows you to skip the line and waste less time waiting each day
Great video
Thank you!
Next time you come you should go to Marcy projects , beautiful scenery then you can head to east Ny
Noted for next time, thank you!!
LaGuardia is domestic / Canada / Caribbean only.
You're right! I mentioned it because I've flown to NYC into LaGuardia, but now reading your comment I remembered I was coming back from Vegas.
Wow it's dreamy😍✨
Agreed!
Hi! Loved the video! Just a question. What did you book in advance with the New York pass (and how early in advance)?
@@SofiaAbrantes thank you so much for responding. Will keep those timings in mind!! Thanks again💜
@@SofiaAbrantes awesome, thank you so much!!!

You’re welcome 💕 yes it’s in my description, but I will say the prices change all year round depending on when you go. So the prices we had were for the first week of May
How did you like your romm at the doubletree ? Was it quiet and comfy ?
We loved it! The view was great and it was quiet on the hotel side, you can always hear the sirens from outside but I think that’s just universal in NY 😂 the elevators were a pain in the ass though, you’ll have to wait a bit for them. But again, most hotels in NY have that problem

When you click the link for the doors closed helicopter, a few options should come up (I included both open and closed doors because some people expressed the doors off was too scary). Look for this one on that page: “From New Jersey: NYC Helicopter Tour, Optional Doors Off”. It’s on Black Friday sale right now
I’m supposed to be back in nyc in three weeks it’ll be my fourth visit
Have a great time! 🤩
Did the NY pass also include access to hop on hop off bus? It doesn’t mention it in the details online
It did include it but what's included changes all the time (seasonally too) so it's important to check their website directly!
How was the weather? I’m planning to return to NYC around January 2nd or 3rd of 2025
We went in April and it was quite pleasant, although it did rain on a few days which cancelled a Yankees game we were excited to watch. Have fun on your trip!
Hello, we are going to New York next month. What app do you recommend for cheap theatre tickets please?
We used one called TodayTix! That's how we bought the ones for Birthday Candles at $29.
Have the best time 😍
@@SofiaAbrantes oh okay, thanks so much that helps a lot!
hi, enjoyed your vlog so much! i’m just wondering how much the nyc pass would be per person?
Thank you! Depends on when you're going, and for how long. I'm pretty sure you can simulate it on their website. For us, the 4 days were $200 per person. I did the math, and with the activities we ended up doing it would have been around $500 per person without the pass
