- HUGE shields, 7k+ weapon damage, 2k+ regen and 30k armour - like how??? This build does it all and shows how busted an arcanist can be if built right. This stam arcasnist pvp build uses 2 bars to kill, sustain and survive and does this insanely well. It has good sustain and can 1 shot most targets with a combo. It is a blast to play and works in Cyrodiil, Battlegrounds and Duels.

What is the little blue flame you have so often above your head? I made this build this evening and could only do 1 bg, so far it did great but i haven’t seen that blue flame
The blue flame is sea serpent coil
What helps you proc ravaging in this build? I'm noob arcanist because I dont have access to the class.
I saw the things you describe in the last part but i still can't understand. Is it an active ability or passive? That's my actual question is.
@SZSaeem their armour buff has a 2nd effect. Whilst active you get major resolve and anyone who hits you is afflicted with minor breach (pen). This can reapply on the same target and refresh and so this means ravager procs for free as long as our armour buff is on and we take damage including from dots, status effects etc.
Oh man that makes ravaging most viable on arcanist actually. Because I've used that set on dk and sorc but you've to spam something to make sure you're proccing it within a very short time. Thanks for the explanation btw.
