      (i am not sure how to word this lets see if someone will understand) cypher trips are AMAZING and the one thing in his kit that really brings it together, his playstyle allows him to be really creative and not braindead... *cough* *cough* reyna *cough* limiting the range of his trips limits the creativity used to have an unpridictable and unique setup, if you limit the range cypher mains are probab;y going to just search up on youtube cypher setups instead of thinking on their feet new and interesting trips. cypher, yoru, sova, kj, are the agents keeping valorant from being a big pile of brain mush that isnt interesting at all, sometimes you actually want to think, limiting the creative abilities blocks that from happening.

      Unshootable trips are dumb as hell though, so unless you have a better solution for nerfing them then range is the only option

    cypher is for the first time in a good spot since his "trip disables after death" nerf, also he is very balanced for both sides, the attackers can break the trips and the defenders will have a struggle to lurk, forcing them to play agressive on lurks or carefull on site

      I honestly feel like his trip should break after an enemy gets caught. There's no reason to keep refreshing it. Riot wants players to use util to break trips and that's all fine and good but if your duelist gets caught and dies to a spam, that's enough trade imo. Cypher just used a trip to trade out an enemy. That's a really good trade.

      ​@@ccc34678the problem was that fade skye and raze dogs were triggering the tripwire and made his kit extremely useless. His tripwires should disable for some time after they were activated maybe.

      ​@@upsidezExactly! People forget that the only reason people are now picking Cypher over KJ is because it is actually a PLAYABLE agent with USEFUL utilities. Earlier it used to be among the lowest 5 pick-rates in VCT, now it's much higher ( top 5 I think ).
      I would say that right now, it's in a very good spot and doesn't need any tampering at all. Any nerfs will just take it to its previous ugly state.

    I disagree. Sentinels should have a death grip on sites, BECAUSE they have util, and that util can be countered by simple shockdarts or grenades.
    i think the solution to fixing the sentinel class(and it needs fixing really, both cypher and killjoy are over-represented) is to just buff Sage's and Deadlock's walls to be invincible for 25 seconds and only then be available to be sprayed down. The thing with Sage and Deadlock is that their main sentinel ability is very easy to counter with simple bullets. Is that broken? Nope, it just slows down attack somewhat and allows for them to actually lock down sites.
    Chamber NEEDS global trips, his trip is already unreliable, as it needs line of sight and the fact that you can't put it on flank AND fully access site really prevents with his primary ability as a sentinel - peeking. Also his tp needs to be instant and have longer range, as he himself is the utility and there needs to be more security over his death.
    Right now you can't win without a controller, initiator and a duelist, but sentinels can be discarded on some maps, as their utility is not as strong as having agents of other class.
    Also it would be fun!!
    edit: some of you cannot have fun on the internet, and desperately want to be the smartest person in the room and it shows.

      The invincible part is questionable (and by that i mean pure madness). You could use your wall and bam you defuse. It would make sage and deadlock a necessity to win. Sure you could use util to kill the defuser, but what about 1v1s? Does that sound fair? And 25 seconds is a very long time. You could wait out any util they have. Sages wall is half hp for a few seconds for a reason: having it be unbreakable for any amount of time is ridiculous

      @@unbentsign7194 the point of util in valorant is to create advantages. so it is inherently unfair. there is a lot of util that secures the win in 1vs1. like do mollies sound fair to you? Or Reyna's dismiss? Or Cypher's ulti?

      Finally someone who understands that chamber himself is also the utility and that his trip needs a MASSIVE buff, just give him his second trip with no range restriction, bring back the slow field duration to 9.5 seconds and finally increase the radius/diameter of his anchor and remove the damn disable feature if anchor gets destroyed and have it on a 30s cooldown instead of it being disabled for the rest of the round if destroyed

    Problem is people knowing that a sentinel is super strong on a map and doesn’t pick an initiator to break trips and instead lock in double duelist

    That's why you have agents like Sova and Raze who can destroy trips or Yoru, Omen, and Jett who can bypass these trips with their abilities.
    Heck you can use Sky dog or Gekko wingman to find where the trip is

      Yea, a team that just plays for info either avoids cypher or just breaks his trip. Also Cypher can be good for certain urkers, maybe omen tping over cypher trips. This usually always trips up the enemy team, as cypher trips make teams feel like flank is completely secure.

    I’ve been playing a lot of Omen and Cypher with a splash of Gekko, I honestly find Cypher to be one of the best and most fun agents to play. He was my first real main when I started playing because his kit is so simple, but with practice and learning, he went from “play this guy cuz I’m bad and his gadgets do the work for me” into “Guys go 4 stack A, I’ll solo hold B”. Cypher on Icebox is a damn menace to society

    You should also consider this: Trips are already visible at a certain distance (and trust me it ain't that far away) and in silver or diamond lobbies, they always break it and amost no one even trips on them becuase of the trips loud noise. I can agree with giving more time to find the trip and not deal *JUST* 5 damage, but at least the trips to should be hidden. Most of the times, they don't even push the site even if they get a hint that cypher is gonna be there.
    I mained cypher for 1 year and still do, trust me trips are already so useless that I need to guess when they will try to break the trip and then peek to kill them. Camera used to be useful but now you get an audio cue, so I just put a camera somewhere, peek as they break that cam and get kill. His utils are now something I use to just bait enemies.

    I have some thoughts being a Cypher main and having a lot of time on the agent. I honestly believe that for the first time in a long time, Cypher is in a very good state overall. I just really dislike how Riot nerfs agents so harshly that a small buff to the other agents immediately make them better in every way. You said it yourself. One wrong move, and it's another KJ meta again. But mainly, I feel a lot of people really didn't play against Cypher that much because of how bad he was as an agent, but also how the maps recently have been good for him too. Sunset, Split and arguably to an extent bind are some of the best maps for him IMO.
    But a good Cypher player will always be a pain to deal with. But with how easy it is just to do any damage to his trips makes his defense almost useless.

      Fair point, I think that a new map rotation will probably throw Cypher players off a bit. Current rotation suits him very well.

    cypher’s in a good spot, does his job well but is also super easy to counter IF your team isn’t braindead. Y’all also gotta remember he’s only effective half the game(defending), when it comes to offence, his kit is VERY limited so it does balance it out. Cypher offers the greatest value by lurking on offence simply because his kit doesn’t benefit the team much when attacking.

    sentinels should be able to stop pushes fully. any role should. If you have enough utility and shooting abilities any role can stop a push completely. When cypher is often picked on sunset on your example, in the agent pick phase you should not lock jett because its the only character you know how to play, pick raze or kayo, who can destroy/disable tripwires. Think ahead instead of being punished for your mindlessness. Cypher mostly only plays B - go mid market/boba or just play A. Good cypher mains will switch sites time to time and you might not expect it, not a reason to nerf an agent because of it. Cypher is balanced
    edit: he already was nerfed like last patch with the rearm time and something else i dont remember, (1-2s rearm)

    Personally I agree with the video in the sense that sentinels shouldn't have a complete lock on site, so here's roughly what I would do for the current meta. Firstly the obvious one would be to buff other sentinels like deadlock and chamber (don't hate me lol). Deadlock needs her trips buffed so they activate even if someone if shift walking close enough (like 5m or so) but maybe doesn't stun, just tells people they are there. I kind of think the changes they've made to her wall are fine so don't really have many suggestions other than maybe abilities shouldn't be able to pass through, only bullets. Would love to here some suggestions from people who play her. As a day one chamber main I feel like Ive got a good grasp on what he needs to buff him. He needs his second trip ideally, but it shouldn't be global. Global trips would allow you have presence on the whole map which is a big reason he was broken on release. No agent should really have complete map presence. Also having to know where you can position yourself is part of learning the game and playing the sentinel role. Having two trips would make him a better sentinel as he would be able to slow and hold multiple site angles without using his body as one. I actually think cyphers trips shouldn't be global for the same reason. He does need a little nerf tho, maybe just to remove one of his cages and I don't see why he needs two when you have controllers. And yeah longer reactavtion is crazy. How does this guy have 2 global trips that can't be broken without getting tagged or util and then just come back after one second if not broken. Madness

      I kind of contradicted myself by not saying deadlocks trips shouldnt but global too. This is mainly cause tho her trips are sound activated and would honestly just be useless if they weren't also global

    As a Chamber OTP throughout EP 1 with a 65% wr, agreed. Cypher is fine where he is, not where he will be. He has a "face-me-in-the-security-room" site control. At least he can't TP across the map when he locates you... Right? 🤣 Thanks for the vod.

    the thing is if u push cypher together u get control of site, cause the trip catches one person so if ur team pushes together u get control. EG: breach blinds somone pushes, gets caught, then reyna blinds and pushes chases gets control and maybe brakes trip etc

    I believe one good thing they could change to trips is that they get destroyed from movement abilities too. Like jett dash, raze boosted jumps, neon dash etc as usually those are the characters most susceptible to them. Other than that most have mollies to destroy a lot of trip setups. One thing I would buff tho is the cam. I would gladly see a trip nerf for a cam buff like suppress or smaller and fits in places easier etc

    Cypher mains are currently way over their elo…
    His trips don’t have an activation radius, can be placed where the enemy cannot shoot them, will rearm until broken (really fast at that), will slow + stun + scan you, will alert him even when you break them…
    Let’s be real, Riot artificially boosted Cypher’s pick rate by making the character low skill when there were so many other ways to handle the character.

      you do realise that tripwires can be broken by enemy utility. Cypher isnt just about playing off two trips the whole game. i do agree however that diamond1 and below cyphers and asc+ cyphers have a huge skill gap

      @@snareplug3872 cam already has a small cooldown on the dart, if you mean as it in being with like a viper's recharge, that would be dumb, they also nerfed the cam by giving out a distinct sound when its being used, so i dont think the cam needs a change. Tripwires can be countered by like 50% of the agents, cages arent that op but can be used like oneways which is not a reason to nerf them as any controller can make a smoke oneway, the cam is fairly balanced as of now and the ult is very dependant on the situation and often brings small value to the table

      sentinels are overall supposed to have control of parts of the map, in defender's side thats holding down a site which all sentinels are good at doing, attacker's side they can play postplant well with deadlock having their sensors placed on the spike, killjoy playing off mollies and cypher's their cam / tripwires. Other than postplant you can aggressively take space and setup a small nest in certain spots of the map / having control of flank. I do agree however that the camera is op by being invisible 100% of the times so its best if they change it maybe so you can see it close up, but obviously you can still place it up on the wall where noone can get close to it

    Thats why i love yoru so much , you can send in your clone and if they shoot at him they get flashed and reveal their Spot, in combination with a Jett or Raze it's such a free entry
    Also makes the Cypher have to think real hard about where to put wires that still have value and also deal with tp , flash and jett/raze
    Seriously yoru is a perfect counter for cypher! Don't sleep on yoru guys !

    Cypher is at a good stage at the current moment. At most, you can increase the range to when you hear and see cypher trips just like kjs molly. At the current moment, you cant shift walk without being very careful of trips. I feel as if you should be nearly able to shift walk without much focus of trips but not able to walk out. Makes taking sloe contact sites easier. It doesn't affect pushes, though.

    What they could do is make the trips take longer to stun you, and make the trip more visible when someone is caught in them. But to balance this they could give cypher 1 or 2 more trips. This way he would have 3 or 4 weaker trips. And for the other utility, just keep it the same. Btw this is coming from a cypher main.

    Cypher is more of a Sentinel + Controller + Initiator Hybrid. That is if we consider sentinels as a class to hold down pushes, controllers to control vision and space, initiators to give information. He has all of 3.
    Buffing his Cage(smokes) would be unnecessary and strong. So imo there's no need to buff it.
    Camera and Ult Orbs deserves some nerfs. Like camera can only be redeployed once. It takes around 40 second to go back up and people usually throws the cam early for info. Nerfing it that way would make people be more careful at using his cam for early info. Similar to skye flash changes.
    Ult has whole map range and 2 ticks almost free walls for just 7 orbs. Increase orbs needed.
    Chamber needs his 2 trips back for him to function as a proper sentinel.
    Deadlock trips are kinda bad and good at the same time. Saw a tech where they utilize the trip by jiggle peeking walls, making people shoot to trigger the trip and get killed. Just search for it you might find it.
    Killjoy js just Kj and so is Sage.

    Cypher don't need to be nerf lol..cypher and kj is fine already..instead of nerfing them,they should buff other sentinel to make them viable.
    Sage :
    -give her slow orbs larger radius.
    -make her slow orbs last longer or make it like deadlock's gravnet where you need to pull out the dart (a piece of crystal in sage cases) to remove the slow effect.
    Deadlock :
    -give her gravnet larger radius.
    -make her sonic sensors less visible.
    -make her sonic sensors stun instantly when enemy trigger it instead of slow ass delay like we currently have.
    Chamber :
    -give chamber his 2 trip back.
    -give chamber his 2 tp back (give it's a timer around 30 seconds like yoru tp if they think 2 tp is so op) or make the range of his 1 tp larger than currently is (where you can tp from site to mid at the very least. His current tp range is so small).

    A healthy change for his trip is to only make it reactivate if it was triggered by util. So if a player runs into it and dies the trip is still gone

    Remove omens, Yoru, chamber tp.
    Remove Jett Updraft and Raze Sachel and then we talk about Cypher nerf. Just because pros aren't being creative around Cypher utility doesn't means he needs Nerf

    Cypher is so easily countered that he should be this strong on sites. Raze, sova, and pretty much any damaging util can render his trips useless and then hes sitting on site with only smokes and a sova drone that doesn't move.
    Hes fine where he is

    Okay. Hear me out. I'm not sure if the sentinels need reworking. After all, there are still a lot of pro teams that run no sentinel comps all the time.
    However, as a cypher main myself, zi would not mind extra trip rearming time. I think it is probably fair. Would like a cam and ult rework thrown in though, maybe a cage rework, we will see

    Being able to retrieve the cages you placed when the round starts would be a really GREAT buff. Hopefully, Riot implements it in the coming future.

      @@AtomiX-YTas a cypher player- I would be okay with that tradeoff. repositioning cages would let cypher disassemble his setup to keep his cages for retake on the other site if needed, UNLESS he chooses a one-way cage in which case it'd be stuck out of reach.

      Why should cypher be able to pick up his entire setup? The whole point of a sentinel is being prepared and being punished for being out of position.
      Think about it, KJ can't pick up her mollies, deadlock only recently was able to pickup just her sensors mid round, sage has nothing to pick up, chamber doesn't regen headhunter bullets.
      It just wouldn't make any sense, especyaince Cypher gets to pick up his trips and INSTANTLY put them back down wherever. His cool down goes to his cam. As an ex KJ main, try being able to pick stuff up but having to wait 20-45 seconds to put them back down. The round timer is only 1:45, so you can see how that might be annoying.
      Cypher's trips already regen now, no need for him to be able to up and leave instantly as well.

    You should actually have to pull the trip wire a certain (very short) distance for it to activate. Instead of it revealing you and starting it's time the millisecond you touch it, you are alerted to the wire while touching it for 1 second before it activates. The concuss should then happen sooner.
    This still fully punishes mobility Duelists dashing through wires as they'd still instantly get revealed and concussed but when playing slowly you can actually jiggle peak the wire without being revealed giving you the chance to take a fair duel very quickly or breaking the trip itself very quickly without giving your exact location to spray. Cypher or people playing off his trip will have to take a 50/50 the same way that all of KJ bots work. Cypher should also be aware if someone is touching the wire before the reveal the same way chamber trip detects enemies even if the slow isn't activated yet

    I feel like cyphers cam should be able to view after death if its not broken, but if it was broken when he is already dead our do not have a cam down he can not use it

    Honestly, unpopular opinion, but I think we really just need to retool deadlock a bit, and sentinels are in a good spot. Deadlock is just a gimmick agent with not much value rn, but a light rework would help her fill in the gaps on some of the maps where sentinels are seen as "optional"

    My suggestion would be removing the reveal of his trips, but make them stun instantly and anyone that walks through the line without cooldown until someone shoots it. you can still do the smoke sprays together with your cam, but right now I feel like the combination of being an easy kill and not being able to shoot back at all makes it unfun to play against

    People really be thinking sentinels need to NOT have a grip onto the site when we have agents like Jett, raze and to some extent neon as well who can basically zap past you OVER your head and fuck you up.
    Cypher is at a great spot as it is, no buff or nerf required. What IS required is to buff other sentinels BESIDES Cypher and KJ. So that we see some variety in play

    Tripwires are perfect as it is, here's a balanced nerf:
    - Only 1 cybercage. The enemy can't see through it, but your team can.
    - Camera remains permanently destroyed.

    I like the rearming time suggestion. He would still has a definite hold on a site but not so much it's impossible to go in. It essentially forces the enemy to pick either repositioning _or_ risking 1 death and rushing all in *properly* . I'd say it'd need tuning for sure.
    The trip length though, if it is made, there should be are more variants to his trips by changing the maps, adding more nooks and cranny that Cypher can put place his trips on. The problem before the buff was that every trip cypher had was predictable to a point that only "unbreakable" trips was viable or ridiculously situational ones. Which requires too high of a skill ceiling. If there are more general use trips that can be destroyed, it'll be a nice middle ground.

    In my opinion high elo cypher is pretty hard to hold a site with if the team plays correctly. For example nading or shocking trips and site is pretty easy to take after that

    Against a Well Coordinated team, the cypher has time to kill 1-2 opponents if they don't destroy his tripwires first. Besides, you want to nerf a character who only got 2 buffs, and before that in every second update got a nerfed

    personally think cypher is in a good spot. If anything i think he needs shadow nerfs which could be done by simply budding other agents. Sova is already a very good counter against sypher and raze could be too if they buffed her satchels impact radius. Maybe making other util capable of breaking trips like mollies would give him good enough counter play while still making his trips strong

    People really think sentinels are just anti flank, they all have their own strengths and weaknesses
    Deadlock is strong as a anti retake/take as she can stop key chokepoints and barrier off major entryways for the retake/take but her ability to flank watch is crippled in compensation but still being able to guarantee a team push to die cause her trip is an AOE and her grav net forces an animation and loud sound to play
    KJ is extremely unflexible and does not guarantee kills but she is an oppressive staller and flank watcher since she has the only senti molos and open space watcher with her sentry
    Chamber is a contesting sentinel that forces utility to get him off the hold and get rid of his tp or else the enemy will lose a teammate for their push but hes limited in his ability to play defensive if he does not have sight of the enemy and his trips cannot guarantee kills
    Cypher can lockdown the flank and secure info and make duels/cover with his cages but his ability to actually lock down a site on attack is the weakest out of everyone cause of the investment of one trip on flank and a camera that normally isnt an issue unless their defusing, as his trips are loud and noticable and uncomfortable to get value off of if hes pressured from multiple directions cause he only has 1 for the site, which is why he excels at defense in Maps that only have one entryway (like sunset if the door isnt broken)
    Sage has stalling and is able to completely manipulate the map to her teams advantage while having the overpowered ability to heal/res teammates and let them take another fight
    All sentinels fit in some niche which is what makes them more unique. Its that riot needs to buff the weak ones to feel like they can compete while being strong in thekr respective right.

    Tripwire: breaks after tripping someone/something 3 times
    Cage: it’s fine
    Cam: players are pinged 3 times like sovas drone and don’t have to remove the dart
    Ultimate: it’s fine

    I will say cypher is really really strong rn but thats cause pretty much every other sentinel sucks in comparison but ive said this since day 1 of the buff the rearm time is too fast it need to be like a 1 second rearm or if they dont want to touch rearm they could possibly make it where the trip anchors are revealed to the affected player after the trip concusses the player

    I think Cypher is very balanced rn. I used to be a Cypher main so I was all about all his buffs and now even though I haven't touched him in like 2 months, I can say that he's very easy to counter. All of his utility is very fragile and can be destroyed with a single shock dart and as you said that he's been manhandling Sunset, there are Sova lineups easily accessible for every common trip. Now when I don't play Cypher anymore I can tell you this little secret to countering him in every map and it's just simply destroying his utility. Even if you are not planning to exec the site, you still need to shock dart or Raze nade his trips so they are not holding any map control for them. Those trips are giving the defenders constant info that there is no one lurking and they can stack other sites so just destroying them makes them have to be more thin around the map and reclear more places using more utility.

    I’ve long felt that his cam time after destruction would be a good thing to lower. Maybe 30 seconds and not a full 35. So maybe a nerf to the length (in between the former length and this one) and one to the delay on the trip. Idk lol just someone who plays a lot of cypher

    Cypher forced team compositions to change it’s why raze Jett breach sometimes even a gekko Molly if the trip is low enough came back along with Kayo Molly being buffed I believe cypher now only has death grips on lower ranks because of thisbut the fact you have change an entire composition to have a chance is a bit annoying thankfully Molly lines up are keeping up at least in higher ranks buuuuuut they are nerfing mollies soon soo he might see a resurgence people who say just shoot it haven’t gone against a good cypher or a decent duo with him you are getting killed and not being traded.

    Bro wants cypher to go back to the depths of unplayability because its too hard to throw a grenade. Cyphers trip range increase was one of the greatest changes it actually made his trips, well trips and not just a line in a door way instead of it being inside it they are now outside the door way before he was honestly kinda trash but still fun now hes good and fun.

    I think the rearming of Cypher trips is too OP cause it sucks when u throw a wingman and they hit the trip but it doesn't matter cause u can't break it. However his camera should do suppression cause that gives another reason to hit the enemy rather than just to scan. Everything else is pretty good but the unlimited trips in places where u can't break them is so OP.

      as a cypher main, my tripwires often get broken before getting triggered or after less than a second of getting triggered
      the trips rearming is made so fade's prowlers, skye dog and wingman cant break the trips and completely invalidate them, you have to shoot em now

    I think valorant should be an fps games with abilities and not an ability game with a lil shooting so no sentinel should have a death grip.
    Maybe make trips invisible but with 10 centimer diameter hitbox and not only shootable at the ends with wallhack being a point in time like in his ult.

    No cause it’s not impossible to push a cypher site, people just lack the creativity to get passed the setups, stop flooding through a single choke point, and yes it’s fine to trade until for his trips, it’s not impossible to get passed cypher util. And just think of how much value that type of utility is getting on attack, significantly less. It’s fine that cypher is this strong right now in the meta because kj still gets picked just as much

      Harbors rework should be that he doesn’t slow his teammates with his wall. It’s hard to coordinate flash ins when his utility if poorly used will slow his team down

      Harbor has no selfish utility which is why he needs a strong team and its harder to play him agressively. Hes the only true support agent in my opinion. Because he doesnt suit most peoples playstyles everyone considers him to be "bad", which is unfair. Dude can smoke most sites with one ability.

      Plus his C ability is already good enough, controllers are meant to cover vision from an area, and removing his cascade makes him an even worse controller.

    TL:DR, dont nerf Cypher's trips or else KJ and Chamber will dominate the sentinel lineup again and Cypher will be FOREVER forgotten
    That buff is literally the only good thing that his buff gave him and what made him more of a viable pick. The second ping on his ult is sure helpful, however the range of his trips back then limited cypher players like crazy to where they are unable to hold certain areas of the map due to the trips not being to connect up properly. Thats why a map like Icebox is one of cypher's worst map due to the large areas most sentinels put trips, mid, pipe and under pipe that Cypher's trips either couldn't connect or straight up the attackers can see u place (ie. under pipe). Nerfing it's range will kill Cypher's usage rate since its imo the best part of his kit, sure his cam is helpful to get info of an area like main and his cage is amazing to stall however his trips are great since it can be placed in really creative spots unlike KJ's bot or Chamber's trip where they have a range so its best if they are placed where it covers alot of ground.

    I feel like the problem with sentinels is the communities perception of them. There's more than one way to be defensive. I feel like a perfect example of this is Chamber. Chamber is not a duelist. Yes, he is designed to take fights and secure space, but he's not designed to TAKE space. He's designed to HOLD it. His info gathering tool is himself. He is his own trip. Want info? Contest that space. You're allowed to do so with his teleport that allows him to secure space his team takes and get out for free. Sure, if you fuck up you die, but if you're successful you get something more valuable than info or a stun. An almost guaranteed numbers advantage. Chamber mere EXISTANCE discourages aggressive pushes without using tons of util swatting him off his perch, and he's not gone he's still on site ready to slow the enemies and get frags. His weaknesses are that his flank watching capabilities are reduced significantly to compensate this HUGE advantage over other defensive agents and honestly I kinda like that.
    Sentinels aren't just alarm bots and flank watching. There's ways to be defensive that aren't just those 2 things and when people simplify sentinels design to "He MUST have flank watching and TWO (2) alarmbots" it just feels like they're constricting what could be. Chamber is awesome and I love him, so is Deadlock. Sure, Riot missed the mark with both of them at first but now they're in a decent spot. Maybe a good change would be making chamber's trip arm faster so he can set up a cross fire with it and play off it in choke points better? And Deadlock could have her sensors or gravnet suppress her targets like a hunter would limit their prey's options?
    My main thing is I don't want sentinels to all feel super similar. There's ways to let sentinel players express their unique playstyles and be supportive to the team and I'm sure riot will knock it out of the park with the next sentinel. Here's hoping.

    I disagree, the trips were buffed cause they were way too weak. Now at least you can get some value trading it for a trade made or something. And KO is a meta character that not only suppresses all cypher’s abilities if you know where he is, but also has a moly to break trips.
