- Armed with a cocky attitude and trusty cassette player, Peter Quill, or also known as, Star-Lord, only ever looked out for himself. He stole, punched and kissed his way across the stars. That is, until he found his true family: the Guardians of the Galaxy. LEGENDS recounts how Quill grew from a scared Terran boy kidnapped by Ravagers, to the charismatic leader of some totally awesome heroes.

When I watch this, I just realize how a huge story arc I have went through, with Star-Lord alone. Marvel Rocks !!!

He will forever be my favorite MCU character. No one tops his goofy aura and his journey and character growth is just amazing, carried with emotional moments.

Quill has had so much growth, so much unresolved trauma and so much loss wrapped up into one dude and its explored so well. He's such an emotional character and that gets the better of him sometimes because he's just not learnt how to deal with it (running away when his mom died, blasting ego soon as he confessed he planted the tumour, bashing thanos in the face) and it just does nothing more than humanises him, he finally got what he was looking for and that's a family and then even that got broken and he lost his love. He's a character who's been grounded so well imo and hes just extremely relatable, he'll do anything for the ones he love which is just a super contrast to how he used to be all about himself, i love it and i love this dude. Guardians 3 is gonna be a MOVIE
Star-Lord is one of my favourite character .

Quill! Very few know how D&A put him on the map. Then Gunn made him indispensable. I look up to this looser. He’s flawed sure. His heart pushes on despite all the pain he’s endured. I’m very excited to see how his story endures in Vol 3. Pratt drew me into this universe and while I want to see story after story with Star Lord I know a story has to end. Give ‘em hell Guardians!

Why skip the scene of Quill's emotions getting the better of him against Thanos?? I think it's a big part to his character and had consequences to the mcu 😅

I wish there could’ve been Spider-Man scenes in this & Dr Strange episode (through their interactions in Infinity War), and Ant Man, Falcon, & Bucky episodes (as he fought three of them in Civil War)! He was barely seen in Mantis episode!

In the animated series Guardians of the galaxy, we were shown J son spartax emperor as Peters' dad and it made much more sense for quill to carry elemental gun. IDK why they changed the entire story and made ego peters' father. And about wielding the power stone MCU could have something and got away with it.
