Thank u for the tips ❤️ I've been dealing with the same thing where at night I keep scrolling my phone till 1-2 while my husband sleeps. Whenever he asks me to sleep early I say this is my "me time". I have a toddler to look after so during day I get little time, even when she naps during daytime I'd start scrolling. How to break this cycle? Please help me out
See this cycle only you can break.. scrolling through Instagram is the worst, it not only impacts us physically but it impacts our mental health as well, we start comparing our life with our people’s life who might be travelling to london or somewhere. For sometime it maybe okay but unnecessarily doing it for hours is not good. Make a habit of going early to bed and try to read something or do something productive before sleeping, it maybe anything. Your me time can be sometime which you actually like apart from MOBILE.. i have stopped completely binge watching series/movies at night.Day time also i wont get that much time, so i rarely watch now and trust me I have never felt any better🥰❣️
Initially I was dealing with this issue. I used to compare my self with relatives and friends. They are settled why not me. Always jealousy and anxiety. I have deleted my Facebook account.Then I have uninstalled Instagram. But it didn't helped. I have reinstalled. Then I have decided no matter what I am not going to check Instagram for 30 days.it felt so calm. My mind was so clear 😊. Sometime after 1 month I check my Instagram through browser.. Now I have temporary deactivated my Instagram account. Life is so peaceful😌. I have clarity in my mind. Literally I am not bothering about other people lives. I am just taking care of my self. I am improving my self. Hope this helpful😊😄.

If khana accha aur healthy kha rahe ho to fir exercise bhi hojayegi subh bhi uth jaoge aur neend bhi acchi aayegi. Jyada kuch nhi kar sakte to raat me 7 baje tak khana khalo , jaldi sone ka try karo. Subh uthkar yoga introduce karo apni life me aur meditation. Aur apni body ko 6 months ka time do..sab kuch balance me laane ke liye… aur hemoglobin kam hai to uske lie iron rich food khao jyada and you will be fine🥰♥️

We are a pure feg family..roti subji is preferred normally as dinner options..but while we try to avoid heavy to digest subzis during the nights. ..we are left with limited options of light subzis like ghiya tori and tinda...can you recommend a few more plz. Heyyy i can totally relate with you.. it’s difficult to fine new new sabzis daily.. its okay to have any sabji i think as far as you are having an early dinner.. we usually eat all of this in dinner: Lauki, Torai, bhindi (with moong dal), simple dal rice, khichdi (milletes,rice etc), dal palak, raseele aloo(less masala), shimla aloo (with dal).. depends on the seasonal veggies we switch… if you can not have khichdi or milletes in dinner as not all in the family likes it.. then simple homemade food is the best🥰♥️

You can only fix your own routine.. set your intentions and give yourself a target which will help you to be regular in your exercise, earlier i used to procrastinate in exercising and i used to give excuses, now i feel very good after my yoga sessions, i dont even want to miss it a single day🥰 it will become your habit, you just have to start and be disciplined ♥️♥️
