Why not just use a button directly connected to the arduino instead of the remote. Does it have any advantages other than looking cool? (Which is a completely valid reason to do this btw😅)
Yes it does - there is limited space for buttons and fingers. Many more options with the controller & easy to reprogram/repurpose.
Why not just give all segments power instead of one after another... Because that's just faster🤷🏼♂️
Because its fun to watch and looks like something in a sci fi movie...because it's interesting to programme...just because... 😃💡✔🤔
