Hello Julia, very nice place. I wonder how many hours a week you spend on the water ? How long is it optimal to ride continuously at a time ? If the muscles hurt a lot , is it better to rest or train light passes through the pain without air tricks ?
@@smotruns I usually ride every day, but take 1-2 days off per week or just when I feel tired 😉 men and women are different, please keep this in mind, you cannot compare training volume , frequency and intensity of men with volume, frequency & intensity of women .

Thank you 🙏🏼 If the muscles are hurting too much, then it’s better to take a rest and do some active recovery like walking, swimming and stretching 😊💪
