Kafka pulls felt rigged by destiny, got 2 Kafka on the first 10 pull in character banner and her LC in the first 10 pull on weapon banner. Never thought I'd see e1s1 within 20 pulls.
There's always a chance for pulling Bai Lu! As a beginner, you'll get plenty of Stellar Jades to use for gacha. I managed to accumulate more than 20k as a F2P.
