  • Today we'll take a look at the PPS2320A Triple Output Power Supply from Circuit Specialists. I've been using this PSU for a few months now and I find it works perfectly for what I do on the bench. While the features and specs won't exactly knock your socks off, it has proven to be a reliable workhorse that hasn't let me down.
If you would like to see a teardown of this unit, or would like to know more about any of the stuff I use, just drop a comment downstairs.
I'd like to thank Circuit Specialists for their help in getting this unit to me, if you'd like to purchase one, please follow the link below, and don't forget to check out more test equipment while you're there!

Looks great mate. Perfect for intermediate home gamers like ourselves. Just discovered I have a lot to learn about power supplies. 👍

You and me both! That's one of the reasons I like this one. It's got enough features to for most uses, but basic enough that I don't need to jam more stuff into my brain to know how to operate it.

Great review! Wouldn't mind a programmable / dual / triple power supply, but as you stated...no room! :) This is a plus at being linear and not switch mode...I like linear. Looking forward to your tour. ~Jack, VEG

If you're looking for a triple output Ina small package and don't need a lot of power you may want to look at a Tek CPS250 or a BK Precision 1651. They're analog readout with two 0-20V/500mA and a 5V/2A fixed channel and you can find them on eBay for under $100. I actually have one of each in my repair pile that I'm hoping to get to soon.
