    What is the custard powder?

      it's basically cornstarch with vanillin and a yellow colouring (probably annato)

    How did you prepare apricots?

      I used tinned apricots which I just drained and placed on the pastry. Or you can use fresh apricots cut in quarters and just place onto the pastry. Hope that helps.
