Agreed. The other thing that bothers me that realtors seem to do is leaving the entry doors open. How many things can crawl or slither in during that time? I understand they want to appear inviting, but honestly, create a sign, post it on the front door with a removable 3m hanger, and leave the door unlocked. Much better option.
Yes, and also the realtor/owners should be mindful of 1/2 roll of toilet paper hanging down..just ugh.* not necessarily in this video but I have seen in others….less is always best
I love that the breakfast nook light is in my home in our foyer. Especially since our house isn't in the 900k range!

all one level not tiered, a gas cooktop and rip out the soaking tub. Also, there were too many flooring changes for me. I imagine that area of TV is electric only for cooking so that means an automatic no for me. The cabinet color could stay for a while but yep, I would want something lighter. I appreciate the Roman shower, trey ceilings and the motorized attic stairs. It is a lovely home, just not for us.

Wow! This home is beautiful. What a great for plan. Lots of upgrades. I wonder if this area has gas coming available. I have a gas cooktop and electric double wall ovens. I really like and use them. But I know that's rare in The Villages. This house will sell fast.
No gas in this area just electric. You do have the option to bury a propane tank.

Since you asked...I would use the word "charming" for a villa/smaller home and maybe a stronger adjective for a premier home. That's just the salesperson in me I suppose lol

#1, it has character and doesn’t look like all the other houses and has much higher end finishes. It costs more and is usually on a larger lot, but not always. This one has a dinky lot. Windows are beautiful.
