How do you zoom in on mouse cursor and expand certain panels during your recording? Is this a special recording software your using or are you doing it in post-editing.

Can you please tell me, when I do audio keyframing for changing levels on an audio that has a left and right channel, why am I not able to add keyframes to both the left and right channels together? I have to always level the left channel, copy and paste it's attributes to the right one!
I am trying to use key framing to Increase the size of a title...effectively the text will zoom out. However, when I attempt to scale it just instantly grows to the end value. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
