- The 2024 Lexus RX 450h+ Luxury AWD is powered by 2.5L Inline-4 Plug-in Hybrid Engine with Continuously Variable Automatic (CVT) transmission. The PHEV version of the RX has a 2.5-liter inline-four gasoline engine, a claimed electric range of 35 miles, and is the most expensive model in the lineup. For 2024, Lexus is adding a third hybrid option for the RX SUV. The new RX450h+ model joins the lineup as a plug-in hybrid, complementing the existing RX350h and RX500h F Sport Performance hybrids.
It has a 6.6-kilowatt onboard charger that can charge the 18.1-kWh battery pack in two and a half hours using a 240-volt outlet. It has slightly more power, with a total output of 304 hp.
It comes standard with all the features included a head-up display, leather upholstery, heated and cooled front and rear seats, and a panoramic sunroof. The RX450h+ is expensive, starting at $70,080.

Actually like the outgoing grill a lot myself. Very distinctive and easily recognizable.

Excellent review except for one thing - the cargo area. It would have been great to see images, how flat it gets when seats are folded down, and the actual measurements.

Kia Sorento and hyundai tucson also tuck their rear wiper blade under the spoiler and I noticed that most sport utility vehicles and hatchbacks in 2025 the rear wiper blade is being discontinued
Great review but you have the fuel economy misquoted which is the reason people buy the 450h+ you quoted it as 36 miles per gallon which is gas only the same as the 350H the reason for the 450+ is the 86 mile per gallon combined that was not mentioned
😏...That car doesn't have a luggage space? That's it: Really clean design, nice details, nice logo, beautiful finish...I don't know how many luggages I'll put in there... it's a car for the family, not a Lambo, where it doesn't matter😉.
Say, that's not really bad looking. Okay, except for the gaping maw and catfish gills on the side. But it still looks nice. And I really like the back. Nice seats, I bet. DEF a really nice interior.

It's easier to afford if you do what i just did,namely move out of the Vampire State of NY to the Sunshine State of Freedom, err, Florida. .....💯💥🤗

I just ordered this as an RX350H Luxury. I’m not ready to plug in every day or to pay an extra $8-$9000 USD for that privilege.
I want to buy one at a lower price But my bank account is draining in the economy right now. I currently drive a 2010 Toyota Raven an want to trade. I can’t buy

i don't know what it is about modern lexus where they just don't impress AT ALL with the interiors. it doesnt look luxurious at all. Mazda does a better job at a 20-30% discount

I LOVE Lexus- but can't STAND that big butt ugly front end... if they'd cut the BOTTOM part off-- it would be NICE.
