    I Really enjoyed and learned a lot from this video. The last two times I had a density test, I take one every two years, it’s been pretty low. I decided to build up my bones doing these exercises and supplements rather than take prescriptions!❤❤

    I just knew it was going to be creatine. I have read that research and I am always going to prioritize creatine. I saw what drinking all of that milk did to my dear mother. She's 91 now and her bones became so brittle from all of that milk and inactivity over the years. She has not even been out of her bed in over 6 months now and as much as I love her, I'm praying the Lord brings her home.

    Comments and Questions:
    I can't take a vitamin D with Vitamin K because I am on a blood thinner.
    I can't afford all these supplements. How do I prioritize them?
    Will a backpack weight still be advisable if you have moderate to severe knee arthritis and if not what would you do as a substitute?

      @crmnzcndn5901 Месяц назад +1

      @Dollyperry, I just saw another video by a dr (do not remember his name), he said we can’t overtake Vit D3, but yes on Vit K2, so he suggested to take it separately. You can research foods rich on vit K2. And I would think the backpack will be beneficial for you.

      Isnt that for vitamin K1 that you have to be careful of? Not Vitamin K2. Look into that.

      @@crmnzcndn5901they are both fat soluble and can be toxic if levels are too high. I take them separately bc I need high vitamin D3. But I get my levels tested every 3-4 months..

    JJ, recently while out on a run, I tripped and tried to recover from an impending fall. In doing so, I tore my hamstring off the bone and had to have it surgically reattached. What do you recommend for ligament and tendon strength?? 14:10

    • @jjvirginvideos
      @jjvirginvideos  27 дней назад

      JJ doesn’t have a specific brand to recommend but look for a Power Plate with adjustable vibration settings and a sturdy build. Make sure it fits your space and has good reviews for reliability and user experience. Hope this helps! -Team JJ

    Great video. How many times a week should I be taking creatine? Everyday or just on the days I lift weights?

    • @jjvirginvideos
      @jjvirginvideos  Месяц назад +2

      Hi there! Take creatine every day, not just on gym days. Consistency is key because creatine needs to stay in your muscles to work effectively. Daily intake helps maintain muscle strength, bone health, and even supports brain function. So, keep up your routine to power through your workouts and age powerfully! Hope this helps! -Team JJ

      Question: is a weighted vest still appropriate for severe osteoporosis? I have one in my cart. My hips are worse than my spine. Also, do you know of some people who can't tolerate collagen? Not sure what the heck but messes my stomach up so I stick with hemp protein powder instead (lactose intolerant) .. thx for your reply! My muscles are growing nicely 😊

    • @jjvirginvideos
      @jjvirginvideos  27 дней назад

      Hi there, for a weighted vest: with severe osteoporosis, especially in the hips, it’s best to consult a healthcare provider or physical therapist to ensure safe options for bone health.
      For collagen: Digestive issues aren’t uncommon, and with lactose intolerance, hemp protein is a great alternative. It's high in amino acids and gentle on digestion. You might also consider my Chocolate Plant-Based All-In-One Shake, which offers 22g of plant protein, all essential amino acids, and is easy on the stomach. reignitewellness.com/collections/all/products/chocolate-plant-based-all-in-1-shake-30-servings-Team JJ

    What about creatine and me a person with one kidney? I need to be concerned with my creatinine levels. Will creatine supplements increase my creatinine levels?

    • @jjvirginvideos
      @jjvirginvideos  27 дней назад +2

      Hi there! If you have one kidney, be cautious with creatine, as it metabolizes into creatinine, which can strain kidney function if levels are elevated. If your kidney function and other markers like BUN, Albumin, and GFR are normal, creatine is usually safe. However, always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement to monitor your creatinine levels and ensure balance. Your health is the top priority. -Team JJ
