    Wish that they released this version on a record. The New Seekers always had a habit of adding a new fun flare to their cover songs!

    My late dad and mum watching this in march 1973 and my dad said to us hes a cheeky lad it was peter he liked him making eyes at the camers RIP PETER DAD AND MUM

    Cheeky Peter Doyle adding little extras in the song as he did!!! So sad he had throat cancer after giving us such a Wonderful voice💔

      Sadly the songs from the two clips are not available on CD. Are you on FB? New Seekers Official?

    @IThinkYouLookLarvely This is from the bbc show 50 years of music shown in november 1972.This is out of sync ,there are better versions of this under the names NEW SEEKERS-SMILE and NEW SEEKERS-MEDLEY.uploaded by bluegutter.

    If you look at every New Seekers video on You Tube, Peter Doyle and Lyn Paul are almost always next to each other. Can anyone confirm that they were engaged at one time? Nice light song anyway, though I prefer their 'stronger' stuff like Pinball Wizard. Thanks for posting.

      No they wasnt in engaged boyfriend and girlfriend then peter doyle the new seekers in june 1973 then peter oliver took his place him and lyn paul got engened in 1973 they broke after the new seekers broke dont know why then peter oliver joint paper lace in 1975 peter doyle sang on lyn pauls it single sell a million in 1975

    What programme is this? This is obviously the '70s, but was it 1972? The BBC was marking 50 years then, though wondering if could have been 1977 when it was 50 years as a corporation. Any chance of a description?! Thanks for posting anyway!

      @@debbiebeckett6111 Yes, it was use for Two Ronnies, because I have got it from Two Ronnies. Maybe original was used for BBC 50th Anniversary Show? I don't know and maybe you're right. But for sure it was in Two Ronnies. I don't know which one episode.
