    This is exactly the reason why almost every athlete of every sport does Olympic weightlifting...to perform a snatch you can do it two ways do like a deadlift anf eith power put in up...but ones you put mire kilo's you need to work all together...from toe to head...check Olympic weightlifting slowmotion
