Lubao is co-balloon capital and Pradera is a nice resort but it needs to develop its part of Manila Bay for additional tourist attractions. Attention Governor of Pampanga & Mayor of Lubao please develop little by little the coastal part of Manila Bay and the mouth of Pampanga River because someday a Coastal Road maybe built there from Bulacan to Bataan.
